Very easy app to work with great bank it the people that make UCB the bank of choice for people common people
Great bank and app
UCB has always been a great bank! They are nice and always helpful. The app does what it is suppose to do. However, if this review reaches anyone important at UCB I wish they would update their online banking. It’s so basic. Like being able to add comments to my transactions and other features would be really cool. Other than that they are amazing!

Always under maintenance
I live in a different state and my father uses UCB to help me out from time to time. This app is always giving us problems. If it’s early in the morning and you need to check your account....well you’re out of luck, cause the app is down. Just five minutes before writing this review it happened again to my father. He couldn’t get in his account and he really needed to get into his account. What was our solution you ask? We used venmo.

Trouble
This app hasn’t been working for me for maybe the past two weeks. Every time is scans my face for the Face ID it just gets stuck and doesn’t open the account.
Fix the problem!!
I love this app, it's a good one! I like being able to check my account when payday comes, but some days I can't even login. I kno I'm putting in the right information but it's still won't let me in. It happens often, please fix the problem!!

Works beautifully and does what is needed. A few more features such as opening check images or the ability to notes on transactions would be welcomed by this app really does wish will

Had some issues with the app and with getting the issues resolved, but UCB is a great bank to be apart of because before I gave up and closed my account I reached out one more time and was more than satisfied with staying local when it comes to my banking needs! Thank you UCB!

Great App for local banking!
This app is very useful for our local banking with United Community Bank in Louisiana, especially since the addition of mobile deposits.
I would suggest, however, that they add the ability to put a memo on any deposits submitted through the app for personal reference in balancing a checkbook.
Otherwise, I highly recommend this app!
