Connecting to this app is very frustrating and it’s needed for volume control,
MUST allow notifications???
I had the app for about 2 years and just updated it today. I was shocked to see that upon opening it I got an “Enable Notifications” screen that I could not close. There is an OK button and that’s it.
Wrong move! I will not be forced on allowing notifications to disturb me. I’ll delete your #*¥! App before that!

Sound level
App will not stay at the sound level I choose. It keeps reverting to 0. If I turn is up to 1 or 2 it will not stay there.

Ich muss praktisch täglich die App deinstallierten und neu installieren, weil sie sich nicht mehr richtig öffnet. Jeden Tag richte ich die App erneut ein. Total nervig. Wenn man sich die Bewertungen mal durchliest, haben das Problem ja viele. Und dann die Standard Antwort, man soll sich an seinen Akustiker wenden. Der Akustiker kann die Fehler der App aber auch nicht beheben. Das sollten die Entwickler vielleicht mal tun. Absolute Katastrophe.

Every morning when I remove hearing aids from charger, I have to go through each mode and reselect my settings for each situation. This is a recurring issue and very annoying.
Reconnecting
This is horrible I never had issues with the app until January and it will not connect my hearing aids I’ve tried everything and the number that was given did not work no help at all they keep disconnecting my hearing aids and I had used this app before and now it just disconnects all the time

Have to keep rebooting the phone to get accurate info on the app. Very annoying.
Not a great app
Continual problems connecting with iPhone running latest version. Constantly have to reboot the phone and turn off Bluetooth then turn back on.
Very limited support from Unitron.
I had to remove both hearing aids from bluetooth. Attempted multiple times to re-pair them. Succeeded with right hearing aid in bluetooth. Unitron failed multiple times to even recognize that one. The “helpful” video is only marginally helpful if everything goes smoothly. Extremely short video with a finger tap and no text to guide users. Tried online support. Input the issue I’ve described. Nothing came up. Nothing.

Gut, aber gravierende Schwächen
Die App ist sehr übersichtlich und mit umfangreichen Einstellmöglichkeiten
ausgestaltet.
Leider bricht immer wieder die die Bluetooth Kopplung zum iPhone ab. Nach dem erneuten Koppeln friert die App oft ein. Dann hilft nur noch Löschung und Neuinstallation. Schade, bisher ist keine Abhilfe in Sicht. Daher muss ich wohl zu einem anderen Hersteller wechseln.

Powerful app with bugs . . .
Terrific app featuring near total control over your aids. The only issue is that the app often crashes (shuts down) for no apparent reason and has to be restarted. Hopefully this will be resolved. Otherwise it is the one of the best hearing aid apps on the market.
