Just downloaded it.
Downloaded 2 times it don’t go past two pages. Poor app at best.
App not working
I used the app while playing at a sister casino, even uploaded funds prior to my visit with no issues. When I tried to access again I got the message “ your maximum limit has been reached please enter a different amount or visit the Casino cage for further assistance. Went to the cage and a cashier provided me with a phone number to contact a representative. The representative took my contact info and said someone would reach out to me. It’s been more than 24 hours and no one has contacted me, AND I tried once again to add funds to my account and received the exact same message as before.

U wallet registration
The U wallet registration does not work from the app and no one knows how to fix it.
Not user friendly
Not very user friendly and I feel like it’s always redirecting you to links
Glitchy
At first the app worked. Now I am unable to see my transactions. Doesn’t show me my play or free play. Opening page all text is missing. Still needs more work and bugs fixed.
Transactions don’t post
Transactions never post so you have no idea why you’re earning while you play or what you’ve used when you use points
Not in English
Installed the update now not in English with no identifiable way to change it
Daily transactions
This app does not track and/or does not show my daily transactions. Not sure if other users have the same issue but I know my wife has the app and her daily transactions do show on the app. They need to fix this problem.
This last update broke my app
There isn’t any quality control in place. Absolutely no one tested this release I hope it gets resolved soon.

After I updated the app the app went into Spanish mode. Not sure how to set it back to English. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, checking my language settings on my Iphone And nothing.

The app is impossible to use we are from the UK and the codes to log on don’t work and send you round in circles very frustrating

Still not tracking visits
E-mails not answered, they just don’t care anymore. What a way to kill off a 50 year old brand. No wonder so many restaurants & hotels are closing.

Tier was upgraded 3 times in one night. I don't know why, but I love this place will definitely be back
Must have for casino
Terrible app. Crashes. Useful only for casino. If works.
Problems
When you try to see what promotions are available at a particular venue you want to visit. There is no way to separate other venues. This has caused me to patronize a venue and falsely thought I was getting a perk that was at another venue. Is it bait and switch? Or is the IT department that incompetent?

Not happy with points or casino associates who can't wxplain
I come to this casino often and never once have gotten a free room, no one local or Corporate can explain why, I spent $1,000 to 2,000 in a few weeks and got nothing. Was told the don't know why. My friend spends aprx. $100 to $200 a month and gets free rooms..Not sure I will ever come back
