Horrible design
Hard to see map with colored zones and forces you to re-sign in to app. Used to be good but changes and bugs worsen the experience
Wait times …
It’s very misleading not to inform patrons that they won’t get their food until they’re seated and it could take a long time for that to happen. A sign posted out front would be helpful. I’ve been to Universal four times and never experienced wait times like this. It’s especially frustrating when not everyone in your party wants to eat at the same place.

Walked in the park for a 90 minute wait on a ride only to be told it’s shut down. Not a great start to the experience
Staff is horrible
Most of the workers are not helpful at all. They obviously hate their jobs. This is definitely not a magical place.

The app crashes to much the app doesn’t make sense bring back paper maps, the app kills my phone fast

It’s too complicated. You advertise certain discount tickets, but when I click on them something different comes up.

Stupid required app
The app works fine but the fact that you NEED it to order anything is utterly ridiculous. Wife was on a ride and ordered milkshakes and asked me to get them but I can't because the app says she's not close enough. And yes I tried downloading my own app but since the tickets are on hers and I don't feel like fighting with that I couldn't do anything. Garbage

Isle of Berk ride malfunction/cancel
Waited with my 4 kids for 40 minutes to get on the ride and was told that the ride was under maintenance and had to get off line. I spoke to a staff member and the only courtesy was for those that had the lightning pass. I also observed what appeared to be a hornet/wasp nest under the ceiling prior to getting to the actual ride. Not sure if this is something that needs immediate attention.

They definitely crushed this park. All the worlds are mind blowing and beyond expectation. It is impossible to be disappointed. Can’t wait to come again!
