Why is there no bowser plushie. Like his son has one. You can get his head as a hat. But no bowser plushie. Huge missed opportunity.

First visit to Epic Universe
This has been the best trip. It is our first visit from Kentucky. This place shines! The style. The details. The good food and rides are exceptional. 10/10!

Software interface terrible
Trying to eat is a chore.
The app interface is the worst I have seen in Any park. They want every information possible and then it don’t let you save it. And advanced to the next step instead of telling you what is wrong it says oops sorry.
Who is developing your software.
I told a manager and they are as well tired of the complaining.
