Unable to log in or create an account. Every time I try to sign in, the app throws an "Oops!" error saying there’s a problem on your end. Right after tapping "Continue" to connect to the server, it completely blocks access. Please fix this bug!

Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit fan
I love universal even though they closed my favorite coaster Rockit they still have other good ones like velsicoaster and hulk but I really love everything there like their haunted houses like Dolls Let’s Play Dead was amazing water rides like poppies but also everything at volcano bay except punga racers that one actually cut my back it was so badand dark rides like spider man and the cat and the hat and men in black so over all universal is my favorite place to be but I really do wish they did not close Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit

Okay but clunky
Map features are good. However app constantly makes you re-login any time you try to do anything. Difficult to get to the digital tickets or annual pass. Why not just have a button on the home screen?
Asks for the same information over and over. I’m logged in but then I have to indicate my state residency as well as fill out all the information as we try to book a hotel.
I am logged in with my account which has all that information - address, phone, etc.
Please work to improve the user experience of this app.

Too much dependence on cell phone
Everything is done by your cell phone — entering park, ordering food — esp in the new Epic Park etc. Yet no charging outlets anywhere in park. If your cell phone runs out of electricity you have to go find and buy a portable charger.
Dining at Epic Park is confusing. No easy stands to buy food at — must sit in restaurant and order everything — by phone

Great Amusement Park
I go to Universal Orlando a lot and I absolutely love it. The team members are amazing and I love the different events they have for guests and overall I love Halloween Horror Nights and the Holiday Season they do such a amazing job and my favorite resort is Loews Sapphire Falls. The team there is absolutely amazing and I’ve become friends with a lot of them over the years

Staff clueless on how to get drinks to our table after we order and pay in the app. 10 minutes later I had to walk back to the bar and order

We love Universal but wow does the app need updating. It took me 10 minutes to toggle thru the options to try and make a dining reservation 🙁
Login in error every time.
Every time I open the app to log in it fails. It says problem on our side. For some reason it also never remembers my log in credentials….

Disappointed With the Express Pass Experience
I was really looking forward to visiting Universal, but I was disappointed with the Express Pass experience. When you pay a significant amount of extra money for Express, you expect it to make a noticeable difference. Unfortunately, the Express lines were still much longer than I expected on several attractions, and at times it did not feel “express” at all.
For the price Universal charges, I think the system should be managed better so guests who pay extra actually receive the benefit they are paying for. We still enjoyed the parks, but the Express Pass experience definitely affected our overall visit and did not feel like a good value for the money.
