Cannot add money from card

Cannot add money from card. It’s covered with another window that doesn’t go away. It’s stuck and has nothing on it. Cannot select anything. Please fix it.

Getting kickoff after submitting Pin

Since three days, facing this issue. Customer care ticket was closed apparently after ‘resolving’ the issue. Had to call again and reopen the ticket as, guess what, it has not been fixed yet.

Have been using UCB and Upay for years now but this kind of negligence is just petty.
