Doesn’t show you your upcoming year’s policy or price
Difficult to log into: passwords expire & then difficult to change. Worst thing is that you can only see your current policy & price. My next year’s policy starts in 3 days, but the app will not show the policy or its price until after the current one ends! How stupid is that!?

I cannot find where my card information is stored. We paid online and the app says it is paid, but the money has not taken out of our account. I have two alerts that I have archived, yet they still remain after several days.

I find it difficult to make payments.
Notifications
I have notifications set in the app and still not getting them. No payment reminder which is why I downloaded the app in the first place. I get a phone call the day AFTER payment is due.

I'm very happy I chose Universal. My experience over the years has always been a Great one. I've never had any issues with my policy, nor my account being breached. Whenever I call, the agents are super professional.....
