Cindy Hanson has exceptional customer service. She is polite and courteous also she very knowledgeable and helpful getting what you need and addressing your concerns and she emphasizes things that you find uncommon and do her best you overcome anything that’s a hinder to you and your family.
Doesn’t show you your upcoming year’s policy or price
Difficult to log into: passwords expire & then difficult to change. Worst thing is that you can only see your current policy & price. My next year’s policy starts in 3 days, but the app will not show the policy or its price until after the current one ends! How stupid is that!?

Website and access to “web account” is a nightmare. Very convoluted. Still can’t access docs I need

Poor functionality
I cannot find where my card information is stored. We paid online and the app says it is paid, but the money has not taken out of our account. I have two alerts that I have archived, yet they still remain after several days.

I find it difficult to make payments.
Notifications
I have notifications set in the app and still not getting them. No payment reminder which is why I downloaded the app in the first place. I get a phone call the day AFTER payment is due.
