Made a large purchase to use crypto for discretion purposes and they just froze my account now they have my money and there is no end in site they just robbed me won’t answer countless emails or phone calls

Screw uphold bro. I got a letter from the IRS because of these tards. They’re claiming I owe them $$$$ because of transactions I made 2 years ago. Meanwhile the transaction were me sending crypto to there exchange from my wallet to preserve my wealth so I sold at a loss. On top of that I bought the coins from their platform so they have my entry and sell price so it’s obvious I sold for a loss other then some extra coins I bought from other exchanges. Regardless, the fact that they didn’t file my buys and only my sells are so grimy and now causing additional issues I didn’t sign up for. So now I’ve been going through a 6 month battle with the IRS because they of these jerkoffs. Moral of the story just use Coinbase or kraken. I’ve sold just as much there and never had any issues. They don’t even deserve 1 star tbh. Plus the $50 “vault” that they offer like what.
