Been trying for three weeks to get a hold of Support to verify my stupid account so I can get my damn money almost $70

They sell your data. I can’t go more than a LITERAL hour without “Uphold security Alert - Phone # change request”. From some sketchy email with file attachments.
The only thing this app had going for it is that they still sold XRP when it was delisted by the majority. Now that that has come and gone they are weak AF. I’ve used them for 3-4 years, but after the non stop harassment I’ve moved a majority to cold wallets and the rest is going to Robinhood or somewhere else maybe even another cold wallet . I don’t recommend this app.

Booted out
Gone 3 days without proper assistance to get back into account since the verification code isn’t being received. Keep having to open trickets to only receive the same bs . When the told to go yo upper left to open something there’s nothing there to do so. Instructions are not useful if pages are not set up to retrieve the correct info . Very frustrated to be locked out of my finances when I didn’t even set up a two way verification in the first place .
