Only one patient
I am my husbands care giver and make all appointments. I cannot do both of us on the app. I could do it on the website. He does not have a phone so frustrating.

The team there is very caring about their patients and I really appreciate that and I feel like a person instead of a number I would recommend them to everybody

I am so very happy to have access to the Central PA Portal. This is a wonderful tool for maintaining contact with my health care team. To be able to communicate with the professionals most involved with my health and welfare allows me to deal with all that’s going on confidently, knowing that others are also staying on top of my health care journey. Today I received an email telling me that an updated UPMC portal is coming next month. I have no doubt that the improvements will only enhance what already exists. Thank you.

I have really enjoyed the usability of the app it makes bill pay, doc commutation and lab result checks SO easy. The staff have been absolutely wonderful. I've switched my providers in the last year and everyone here has been so kind, helpful and supportive!

With all the doctors we deal with, this is very helpful! One place to see all the appointments and communicate.
Super Resource
Fantastic resource! Easy to navigate and provides quick access to the information (e.g. appts, meds, test results, learning) you need. Just as easily shared with your home care team.
Navigation stinks
I can never locate my med daily dosage calendar - eventually I do but very frustrating trying to find it -

Best place to receive healthcare!
I don’t usually post reviews but this is the best place I have ever been to! They are fast & the doctors/nurses actually listen to you & care! I got all of my concerns taken care of in just 1 visit. If I could give more stars I would, I’m finally on the right path to becoming healthy thanks to them!

I Absolutely love everyone who works here, they are by far the most amazing people in the world. They definitely treated me like i was their own family
All in one
I love being able to look online and see everything about my drs visit previous and past. Know exactly what kind of labs have been ordered and get to see the results. Know what was discussed at drs visits in case I forget something. See what my next appointments are. And being able to send messages to my drs even with pictures and to get a prompt response so you don’t have to wait on a phone call is great. I can also pay my bills. Best medical portal I’ve used.
