Hate the Recent Update

I used to like this app as it made it easy to see all of my stats, trends and rankings for my treadmill. It was simple and clean and easy to use. The new update with the added features separates and buries all the information I care about under tons of useless features and tabs. I don’t need another all around fitness/health app. I just need a treadmill app. All I want is to easily see a snapshot of where I am for the day, week, month, etc. That should be on the first page.

Response from developer

Thank you for sharing this so honestly. We understand how frustrating it is when an app you loved for its simplicity suddenly makes the information you care about harder to reach. We want UREVO to help you better understand your wellness, but not at the cost of a simple treadmill experience. Your feedback about easy access to your daily, weekly, and monthly data, trends, and rankings is clear and important to us. If you need help finding anything or would like to share more suggestions, please reach us through Help & Support in the app or at services@urevo.com . We’d be happy to assist you one-on-one and take your feedback into our product improvements.

Ruined By New AI Subscription Model

This used to be a great app with settings that easily showed my daily/weekly/monthly data (steps, time, distance, etc) and how that compared to other UREVO users. Unfortunately, the up has updated as UREVO aggressively pushes their new AI “Pro” subscription.

I wouldn’t even mind if they had a subscription service with access to deeper data analysis, but they threw out all the old stuff (like the leaderboard) which the new subscription doesn’t seem to even have. The unpaid app is just about worthless at this point.

Response from developer

Hi FormerRedditor160, Thank you sincerely for your honest feedback. We are sorry for the confusion brought by the latest update. We would like to clarify that none of your historical workout data has been removed. You can still access all your original records within the **Workout section under Trend**, where the dataset is even more comprehensive than before. We do acknowledge that some familiar display features such as the leaderboard have been adjusted in this release. Your request for these features is well‑noted and will be reviewed by our product team for future optimizations. Core workout‑tracking functions will stay free for all users. Feel free to reach out if you run into any difficulty locating your records. Best regards, UREVO Support Team

Unusable

App will not open. Tried restarting phone, restarting app, nothing will work. Remote also fails to connect so I cannot use my walking pad.

Data collection

I would recommend extreme caution- this is a Chinese company using this app to collect data on you including personal contact info. Their privacy policy is egregious and they are required to cooperate with the CCP, including handover of your data.

Solid in Basic Functionality but Needs More Features

Suggestions:
1. Allow users to create custom workouts. This would be a game changer. It is a pain to make manual speed and incline adjustments during intense workouts!
2. For incline and speed changes, list out the whole number increments for quick selection.
3. An oil gauge and alert to add oil to the treadmill.
4. Allow users to use the app to customize the appearance of the treadmill monitor and what stats to display.

Response from developer

Thank you for your valuable 3‑star review and detailed feature suggestions! We’re glad you appreciate our solid core functionality. We have fully documented your feedback, including custom workout plans, quick integer presets for speed/incline, lubrication maintenance reminders, and customizable dashboard display. All these requests have been shared with our product and engineering team. These are great improvement ideas and will be evaluated for future app updates. Feel free to reach us at service@urevo.com if you have further thoughts.

What happened to Trends data?

08/2026 - Update ruined trends data? Trends data is not showing hourly only totals for the day - charts are blank.

App is easy to connect and use. Operates the treadmill, tracks workouts, syncs with Health App. Large variety of workouts are included. I’m surprised the AI soundtrack is pretty good in the background. Great to see the developer responding to reviews here but it may be attracting more support concerns than product reviews. I do wish I could customize a workout. I use it while talking on a headset and typing so a 1 hr walk at a variety of speeds 2.0 mph or less would be nice.

Your new version is broken

The new version does not work, the first screen is stuck and it shows that there are no internet connection, even though I’m on my WiFi. When it does connect it doesn’t find the equipment, can you please revert the version and do more QA before releasing such a buggy version that stop users from using the products

New app update is HORRENDOUS

The new user interface has taken multiple steps in the wrong direction!
You had an app with vibrant colors and character before. Now you have an app with muted and outdated style with everything locked behind a subscription.
As a designer and software engineer, this is BAD.

Sigh

Yet another app that used to provide certain features for free - such as how many steps you did per day - now they’ve locked it behind a paywall.

Service Error

scale is working fine but suddenly now it is showing a service error and it does not weigh anymore, I tried creating a new account it synced my scale but then again service error when I want to weigh, I purchased this only because of the app and now it is just a regular scale.

Stopped syncing with treadmill

All of a sudden this app no longer syncs fully with my treadmill. I can pause the treadmill and trigger a quick start with the app, but that’s it. It doesn’t sync with any of the metrics shown in the treadmill itself and likewise doesn’t send that data to Apple Health. I updated the app today and the app looks different but the bug isn’t fixed. I also tried removing my treadmill and adding it back. No change.

Can’t sign in

App worked find until this new update. I tried to sign in and sign up but the app doesn’t allow me to.

Can’t log in no more

Per the title, app doesn’t work anymore

Logs you out

The app logs you out. If you make an account with an Apple ID good luck. You get errors consistently. There’s no obvious place to contact support from the login page either

Warranty access missing

The instructions and website say to activate Warranty to use the application, but the app does not have the device warranty option to activate

Bug?

The app is not connecting to the walking pad. App kept showing no internet though I am connected to the internet. I’ve closed the app, deleted/downloaded it again, turned off/on the walking but no success. Anyone encountered the same thing?

No internet connection?

Good app for the most part but it's saying "No internet connection". What do I do?

Errors and bugs

Keeps saying network is unstable. Tried different devices and same issue

Just two changes needed!

Everything’s been working great, does what it says, responsive, etc. BUT, I think there’s one major flaw and one minor:
1. Major: It DEFinitely counts steps inaccurately. They should have a stride measurement input so they can count your steps correctly. I counted mine for minute, compared to their count, and by the time I’ve walked for an hour, it’s off by about 1,500 steps. That’s quite a difference!
2. Minor: You have to swipe to change the speed. The incline change is a simple -/+ button, I don’t see why speed can’t be. It’s so awkward, and it’s not like you can swipe quickly; you can only swipe 1 or maybe 2 (if you’re lucky) increments at a time. It’s just more work to swipe, wait for it to register cuz it stopped half between two increments, repeat.

Response from developer

Dear UREVO user, We have forwarded your feedback to our R&D team. Your suggestion on optimizing the in-app interaction for incline and speed adjustment will be fully reviewed and considered carefully. Thank you sincerely for your valuable input; your support fuels our continuous improvement.

Needs an Apple Watch app

My work doesn’t like having phones on the floor. If an Apple Watch app could at least allow us to record the workout without the need inputting our phones that would be great.
