Hate the Recent Update
Response from developer
Thank you for sharing this so honestly. We understand how frustrating it is when an app you loved for its simplicity suddenly makes the information you care about harder to reach. We want UREVO to help you better understand your wellness, but not at the cost of a simple treadmill experience. Your feedback about easy access to your daily, weekly, and monthly data, trends, and rankings is clear and important to us. If you need help finding anything or would like to share more suggestions, please reach us through Help & Support in the app or at services@urevo.com . We’d be happy to assist you one-on-one and take your feedback into our product improvements.
Ruined By New AI Subscription Model
I wouldn’t even mind if they had a subscription service with access to deeper data analysis, but they threw out all the old stuff (like the leaderboard) which the new subscription doesn’t seem to even have. The unpaid app is just about worthless at this point.
Response from developer
Hi FormerRedditor160, Thank you sincerely for your honest feedback. We are sorry for the confusion brought by the latest update. We would like to clarify that none of your historical workout data has been removed. You can still access all your original records within the **Workout section under Trend**, where the dataset is even more comprehensive than before. We do acknowledge that some familiar display features such as the leaderboard have been adjusted in this release. Your request for these features is well‑noted and will be reviewed by our product team for future optimizations. Core workout‑tracking functions will stay free for all users. Feel free to reach out if you run into any difficulty locating your records. Best regards, UREVO Support Team

Solid in Basic Functionality but Needs More Features
1. Allow users to create custom workouts. This would be a game changer. It is a pain to make manual speed and incline adjustments during intense workouts!
2. For incline and speed changes, list out the whole number increments for quick selection.
3. An oil gauge and alert to add oil to the treadmill.
4. Allow users to use the app to customize the appearance of the treadmill monitor and what stats to display.
Response from developer
Thank you for your valuable 3‑star review and detailed feature suggestions! We’re glad you appreciate our solid core functionality. We have fully documented your feedback, including custom workout plans, quick integer presets for speed/incline, lubrication maintenance reminders, and customizable dashboard display. All these requests have been shared with our product and engineering team. These are great improvement ideas and will be evaluated for future app updates. Feel free to reach us at service@urevo.com if you have further thoughts.
What happened to Trends data?
App is easy to connect and use. Operates the treadmill, tracks workouts, syncs with Health App. Large variety of workouts are included. I’m surprised the AI soundtrack is pretty good in the background. Great to see the developer responding to reviews here but it may be attracting more support concerns than product reviews. I do wish I could customize a workout. I use it while talking on a headset and typing so a 1 hr walk at a variety of speeds 2.0 mph or less would be nice.
Your new version is broken
New app update is HORRENDOUS
You had an app with vibrant colors and character before. Now you have an app with muted and outdated style with everything locked behind a subscription.
As a designer and software engineer, this is BAD.

Service Error

Errors and bugs
Just two changes needed!
1. Major: It DEFinitely counts steps inaccurately. They should have a stride measurement input so they can count your steps correctly. I counted mine for minute, compared to their count, and by the time I’ve walked for an hour, it’s off by about 1,500 steps. That’s quite a difference!
2. Minor: You have to swipe to change the speed. The incline change is a simple -/+ button, I don’t see why speed can’t be. It’s so awkward, and it’s not like you can swipe quickly; you can only swipe 1 or maybe 2 (if you’re lucky) increments at a time. It’s just more work to swipe, wait for it to register cuz it stopped half between two increments, repeat.
Response from developer
Dear UREVO user, We have forwarded your feedback to our R&D team. Your suggestion on optimizing the in-app interaction for incline and speed adjustment will be fully reviewed and considered carefully. Thank you sincerely for your valuable input; your support fuels our continuous improvement.
