Warranty access missing

The instructions and website say to activate Warranty to use the application, but the app does not have the device warranty option to activate

Bug?

The app is not connecting to the walking pad. App kept showing no internet though I am connected to the internet. I’ve closed the app, deleted/downloaded it again, turned off/on the walking but no success. Anyone encountered the same thing?

No internet connection?

Good app for the most part but it's saying "No internet connection". What do I do?

Errors and bugs

Keeps saying network is unstable. Tried different devices and same issue

Just two changes needed!

Everything’s been working great, does what it says, responsive, etc. BUT, I think there’s one major flaw and one minor:
1. Major: It DEFinitely counts steps inaccurately. They should have a stride measurement input so they can count your steps correctly. I counted mine for minute, compared to their count, and by the time I’ve walked for an hour, it’s off by about 1,500 steps. That’s quite a difference!
2. Minor: You have to swipe to change the speed. The incline change is a simple -/+ button, I don’t see why speed can’t be. It’s so awkward, and it’s not like you can swipe quickly; you can only swipe 1 or maybe 2 (if you’re lucky) increments at a time. It’s just more work to swipe, wait for it to register cuz it stopped half between two increments, repeat.

Needs an Apple Watch app

My work doesn’t like having phones on the floor. If an Apple Watch app could at least allow us to record the workout without the need inputting our phones that would be great.

Syncing issue with Apple Health

The treadmill itself is great and I like the concept of the app here. My problem is that it will either partially sync or not sync at all with my Apple Health app. Any help that could be provided would be much appreciated!

The good and the wish for more

Been using for a few days now, like that it tracks the day for time, distance, cal and steps but wish steps appeared on Home Screen with 3 others and a goal. The world tours are very nice and fact that it speeds & inclines up and down automatically- just give us more videos there’s so few (maybe 20) Can you also make it so that my other part of my days steps also count in UREVO - Apple talks to UREVO or I can manually add in extra steps. It’s a great more affordable walking pad with wide base so no worrying about stepping off

Good app getting better

05/2026 - Can you teach the voice announcing the speed changes in the workouts the difference between saying “…to point 2 miles per hour” (0.2) and “2.2 miles per hour” ?

App is easy to connect and use. Operates the treadmill, tracks workouts, syncs with Health App. Large variety of workouts are included. I’m surprised the AI soundtrack is pretty good in the background. Great to see the developer responding to reviews here but it may be attracting more support concerns than product reviews. I do wish I could customize a workout. I use it while talking on a headset and typing so a 1 hr walk at a variety of speeds 2.0 mph or less would be nice.

Please fix on iPads

I dont know what update caused this change but everything looks way too big on my iPad. Parts of the ux are huge and it all looks broken

No longer syncs correctly

Newest version won’t sync data to Apple health. Why is my step data, calories etc missing now? Please fix the app!

When it works it’s great. But when it gets stuck (at least once a day) on the opening logo screen, it’s very frustrating. Please fix this bug!

Very buggy !!!

World tour don’t always work. Connection randomly stop working. Plz fix your app :(

Disconnecting

App used to be great but for a while now it keeps disconnecting from my device, I’ve contacted support and end up in an endless loop of “have you checked” For a second it started working again but now it’s back to continuous connect>disconnect

Could be great… but isn’t

I like the concept of this app.. it could be amazingly useful but there are just a few obvious features that it’s missing. And these features being missing is seriously impeding my ability to enjoy the app:

- How is there no way to favorite workouts?? That is a major miss.

- If I end a workout early or if the red magnet gets pulled out by accident, the workout isn’t logged at all. I could finish 95% of an hour walk and get 0 credit for it. Partially complete workouts should be logged.

- It’s frustrating that I can’t see a history of all the workout that I’ve completed.

- I wish I could customize the workouts. I feel like all the workouts on the app are either too easy or too hard. I’d love to be able to customize what speed I want each program phase to be. Like the runs all go to 5.0mph, what if I want my max speed to be 4.5mph? There’s no way to adjust that. And the 1.9mph warm up and cool down pace is too slow for me, it’s hard for me to not trip over my feet on the treadmill. If I could adjust the workout to automatically make the warm ups and cool downs faster, that would help so much. I think that being able to adjust the workouts would be a hugeee positive.

This app is sooo close to being amazing, but these things are making it so that I don’t even want to use the app at all.

Response from developer

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed and thoughtful feedback. We truly understand how these limitations have impacted your experience. Regarding workout favorites and workout customization, we hear your feedback clearly. Being able to save favorite workouts and adjust speeds for different phases (including warm-up, cool-down, and max speed) would add meaningful flexibility. If you have specific custom workout ideas in mind, you’re very welcome to submit them through Help & Feedback in the app or email us at appservice@urevo.com . We carefully collect and review user suggestions and may consider them in future versions. About workouts ending early or when the safety key is removed: when the safety key is pulled, the workout stops immediately. In this case, the session may not appear on the workout report page, but the workout data is still saved and can be found in the Data Center. We understand this can be frustrating when most of the workout is already completed, and this experience has been shared with our team for evaluation. Regarding workout history, all completed workout records can also be viewed in the Data Center. We continue to look for ways to make workout history clearer and easier to access. We’re sorry that these experiences have affected your motivation to continue using the app. Your feedback clearly highlights where improvements are needed, and it’s extremely helpful in guiding our future updates. Thank you again for sharing your perspective and helping us improve the app experience.

Doesn’t count my steps

Doesn’t even count my steps no matter how many times I connect

Ok App, but a few tweaks needed

I received my Cyberpad today and connecting to it via Bluetooth was a breeze. I was walking within minutes of unboxing. A few nice things to have would be the ability to switch to kilometres and to be able to do the trail walks on my TV.

My concerns and likings

I do not like that you cannot quick start automatically with the app. I use a treadmill, but pressing Quick Start does nothing until you start it through the treadmill, in which it starts once but immediately starts again during your first session.
However, I do like that it records your statistics for you if you can get it to work.

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the issue where Quick Start cannot be launched directly in the app and the workout restarts unexpectedly during a session, we’d appreciate it if you could share your treadmill model and usage scenario through the in-app Feedback feature. This will help us identify the issue more quickly and continue improving the experience. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Doesn’t work.

App stopped loading, tried to log in & out now won’t log in

Update broke app

The newest update broke this app and since the remote came broken, there is now no way to use my treadmill. Don’t waste your money.
