Need help with app

OK, so I downloaded the app a couple days ago and I really loved using it. But when I was trying to comment on a board, I could no longer type so I deleted the app to restart things since I will type one letter and the keyboard would disappear. I re-downloaded the app and there’s no way to sign back in to create a new account I need to go through the steps to re-register and then my Clock reset which I’m not too thrilled about. If there is a way to sign into resume where I left off, please let me know if not, this app is a huge disappointment when a technical error arises.

Response from developer

We're sorry you ran into this. You should not need to start over after reinstalling the app—returning users can sign back into their existing account and restore their progress. It sounds like the sign-in option may have been missed during onboarding, and we'd be happy to help get you back into your account. Please contact our support team through the app/site and we'll help you restore access. We also appreciate you flagging the keyboard issue and are looking into that separately.

Helps more than anything else has

This app blocked more than I thought it would but unfortunately isn’t able to block Reddit but it keeps your streak and gives you the record to beat if you relapse and that’s just in the free version so I think it’s pretty motivational with the small things definitely worth the download

The beginning

I’ve been struggling for a while now, and it’s finally time to break free, this app is going to help so much

This has helped me so much!

I am coming up on 2 days and it has kept me from my addiction

Very intentional and helpful!!

Truly an incredible app. It’s very thoughtfully made and genuinely helpful. I’ve never written a review for an app before, but this is more than deserving to be the first!!

Does Urge offer support after a relapse?

What kind of lessons are included in Urge's recovery curriculum?

The curriculum covers topics like why willpower fails, senses and triggers, the dopamine trap, using explicit content as an emotional escape, loneliness, urge surfing, breathing protocols, discharging tension, reframing slips, boredom tolerance, and building self-compassion.
