Unable to connect bike
Can’t sign in to App. Reset password does not work. Sent Urtopia an email and got a reply that they are upgrading app and keep checking for updates, but no indication of how long that will be. My bike will not turn on. Frustrating and disappointing. I do love the bike itself but the app is useless.

NO UPDATES AND NO SHOP ITEMS
No updates and no changed in the last months and the shop with the points that you earn for driving is empty for a year now

The App is nice but still needs improvement. Right After the last update the Navigation isnt working, just a Black Screen. And the bike isn‘t doing any navigation. Contacting support 🙈🙈🙈..
No verification code
I paid for this app but I never get the verification code. I’ve tried multiple times.
Disappointing purchase so far.
I like the idea of the bike. But my back wheel has been a struggle ever since I had it the spokes keep breaking on it and my inner tube keeps losing air. I’ve replaced it several times and I still have issues with it. I’ve never had bikes spokes break on my bikes before until this one. It’s extremely difficult to replace the inner tube on the bike cause the tires are so hard to get off of the wheel. It’s ridiculous. And Customer Service isn’t helpful either. They just tell me that they can’t help me basically it’s really disappointing to be paying for a bike that I can’t ride reliably.
