Doesn’t work
The UI text doesn’t show anything, so it’s impossible to progress through any of the app.
Worst in class!
A charity I use provides funding through this app for “Action Teams”. The way it obscures the fields with a keyboard when creating a password makes it impossible to use. I cannot help but wonder if U.S. Bank is using the inoperability of this app to scam charities out of funds.

Do yourself a favor don’t even try to use this it’s so trash doesn’t work specially if you need to reset password and you need help good luck calling customer support they don’t even know how to help
Not working. No support. Avoid using if possible.
I was sent a payment through this service. Was never able to log in but yet was locked out. There is no customer service listed. I called USbank. They tried to help but 3 different teams I talked to had no idea what this even is.

Glitchy
My company uses this for our Per Diem money. But it’s funny that after no using this app for about 6 months, my user name and password are incorrect. But yet I’m able to reset it and it STILL says my info is wrong. I try to find my user name and the systems says I don’t exist. Must be nice taking money…..

Cant even create account
It is trying to verify my email and won’t even send me the code before the time runs out.. come on

I’m trying to register an email, says it sent me the digit code but it doesn’t, not in spam, not anywhere and I tried 2 emails

Unable to create an account. Keeps says incorrect password and username. Tried contacting US Bank and they were unable to help or point me in the right direction. Extremely frustrating.

Waste of Time
I can’t set my password for a new account to access the digital credit issued to me. I’ve closed the app multiple times. I’ve deleted the app and re installed. I’ve used Apple passwords and entered passwords manually. This is a complete waste of time…but it’s the only way to access this credit card.

Can’t get past account creation
At the password creation screen it won’t let me save. I’m basically unable to create an account. Terrible experience.

I had no issues logging in, but i'm unable to add the card to my apple wallet.
Completely unusable
I can’t even set a password and start using the app. I’ve tried setting a password multiple times following instructions and the submit button is still greyed out. Deleting and reinstalling the app doesn’t work.
