The app is pretty good. Other than the fact I cannot instantly transfer anything to a non-US Back account. Only annoying when I’m trying to get money into a different account. However, otherwise the app is pretty good.
The worst
You cannot add to Venmo, you cannot add to PayPal, you cannot add to Apple Pay. This card turns you into a financial hostage. So if you need even a sliver of flexibility, do NOT opt for a US Bank card. Ever.

The app is accurate and useful, but a little clunky. I do wish the layout was a bit more intuitive. Overall it’s good though.
Needs a way to see current username
The app is convenient, only thing I’d suggest is having a spot on the app for current user info such as username, I am only able to find a spot to update it not confirm what my current one is

Will not let me do any security operations to this card in app at all.

I will be redirecting my unemployment payments to my bank account as this card can’t be used for Uber and even when I pump gas.

Basic
This is one of the most basic banking apps I have ever used. It is easy to use but it leaves a lot to be desired. You are not even able to get your account numbers or the full card number. It doesn’t allow for allergy use on your mobile device. Also to make changes such as your phone number you have to call in and have them do it because the app won’t save the changes. It is basic which is normally good but this level of basic is just sad. A few changes to the app and it would be amazing.
