Fraud Detection is Criminal to freeze assets without any justification or cause
Freezing someone’s card because you need to verify for fraud after I’ve been using my card without problem for 7 weeks while someone is out of work is insanity and then it’s. 2- day verification wait so they can verify your identity and then unfreeze your card is insane and it put my family in a really bad place as nobody called me to tell me my card would be inactive until I verified my identity which should’ve already happened
