Password problems

I have been trying to get into my account for months. I’ve tried to change my password and it won’t let me. It says that I have used that that password before which I have not and there’s no option for me to do anything else and that was under the get help so I give this rating one star I’m sure the app once you get into it is great but for somebody that doesn’t know much about using the to change my password and this won’t let me so, and I have nobody to help me and no option to help me.
