I got this app because I work out of town and I wanted to be able to deposit checks hassle free but the app gives me so many more features it’s been extremely helpful
Why did it needed changing?
I liked the last version better.

It has all the features I would want it to have, it can just be a little clunky to get where you want to be sometimes. For instance, I can send and receive money to and from my family members who also have USB accounts, but to do so is super hard to figure out. My last couple of banks made this process way easier. But I do appreciate that it’s even an option from a small town bank!

Love the new App
Excelente format.
Not bad but missing something
On my old bank that Union Bank bought, I was able to print out my banking activity at any time but now it won’t let me do that. I like to keep my account updated in my check book several times a month but I can’t print it at any time like I did before.

The best bank I have ever experienced! Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable! The security they provide me to make sure my account is not hacked gives me peace of mine. Their employees explain to me recently some safety measures with me. For example don’t leave a debit card listed on an account for continuous opportunity for other to debit but put it on myself with each purchase. I appreciate Union Bank!
