Great, Useful Concept - Poor Barcode Scanner
This is a very useful app for small resellers that use busy post offices. It is also very useful for non-resellers because you can grab your labels easily in the app. The only issue I have found so far is the barcode scanner. It is horrible - way outside the industry standard. Apps like Sam’s, Amazon, eBay, Google, etc. have very intuitive and functional barcode scanners but this scanner barely works. It is extremely frustrating. Prioritize this fix!!

Scanning barcode hit and miss
Many packages it just won’t scan, very frustrating~ would like to be able to manually enter the tracking # if it doesn’t scan.
Doesn’t work.
As stated, it quite simply does not deliver the services they claim to offer.
