No guests allowed
Website for mavmover claims shuttles are available for staff, students, and guests. You need a UTA email to register to use the app. Sounds like guests aren’t allowed, since it’s unlikely they would have UTA email.
App is unreliable
The app is horrible. The real time data is very inaccurate and keeps constantly changing. The coordination with the vehicle is terrible. The stops are inadvertently changing with no accuracy and reliability.
Bare bones
Its only used to request on demand? Why not add the UTA bus routes system map and show live locations for vehicles
