Worst App ever
Your APP is impossible to navigate. And then, it freezes. terrbile.
Can’t access my tickets
Literally won’t let me access my tickets, which is what the whole app is for. Keeps crashing.
Order history bug
This app showed me dozens of tickets in my order history, going back to 2015 before my email existed. Made me freak out and check my purchase history. Also I don’t like having to download an app just to get my tickets. The loading spinner doesn’t spin and makes the app look frozen
Heard of privacy?!
Why do you need to know so much about me when I register? That’s BEFORE I agree to your privacy policy etc - so who has access to all my private info? No one asks for phone and address just to create a un and pw. Goes against everything we get warned about.

Unnecessary app
There should be an option to just email me the tickets.

Truly terrible and useless... But mandatory!
This is a uniquely poorly made app, but you need it to access any US/UO tickets. It's glitchy, confusing, and ugly. It offers literally zero benefit over just the browser experience (it is actually distinctly worse than the browser ux), but for the fact that they will only give you your tickets if you download this absolute joke of an app. I assume this was designed by some board member's child or something, because there is no way they are actually proud of this app. What a joke. JUST SEND US TICKETS AS PDFs OR PNGs LIKE NORMAL HUMAN BEINGS. This app is an embarrassment.

What a waste of time
Completely unnecessary and complicated. The entire transaction is to force you to sign up for their fundraising platform.
A pain…
No reason to require patrons to use an app to acquire tickets…the experience was far more difficult than simply emailing tickets would have been.

Just email the tickets and allow the ability to save the tickets to my Apple wallet (app works fine but seriously this is not the way this process should be handled)
Pure inconvenience
There is no need for this app to exist. It’s 16 extra steps to access tickets that you’ve paid for. Imagine if every venue and artist in the world had their own app for tickets. And they don’t make it easy either.
Makes me not want to support the Utah Symphony just to not support this very bad user experience decision.

Cumbersome and unnecessary
This app doesn’t need to exist. While I get the impulse to jump on the “there’s an app for that” craze, we’re past that now. The fact that you can’t email tickets, print them out, or view them unless it’s within 72 hours before the performance, is ridiculous. Forced usage of an app is ridiculous.

Completely pointless app
Had to download app to email myself tickets. What a joke. Also didn’t support auto fill. Also didn’t have tickets as main menu item. Just so poorly thought through. Deserves every 1 star review it gets.
Frustratingly sloooooow app
This is—by far—the slowest app on my phone (iOS). Slow loading. Slow moving from Home to other functions. Sloooow in loading my tickets & performance dates.
This app is truly awfull. USUO should be embarrassed; it represents them very poorly. Abandon this app and pay to write a new one.

Worthless
The website tells you to go to the app to obtain tickets and there was no way to purchase tickets there. The app and Utah Symphony’s odd ticket availability dates make me not want to support them. I’m very disappointed.
Very disappointed
They make it very difficult to figure out how to purchase tickets. They have links to information about the concert you want but then don’t make it easy to get the tickets. I’ve been to their website, I’ve downloaded their app, I’ve made an account, I’ve called their number, I can’t get tickets! Thanks for wasting my lunch break.
