Doesn’t work

I usually like you guys like MedSurg and CALM,

I was very excited to try this one, but it doesn’t work when you open it and you click the first case screen the screen just turned black when you go back to the main menu the introduction video doesn’t even work. I’ve been dying to play this game, but you can’t do anything.
I hope you guys fix this game and hopefully we can play it in the future
