Why can’t I just lock a lost card from the regular app!?!?Having to talk to two different reps and being on hold for several minutes now because the “system is down” is crazy!

Can no longer use

Since the last update I can no longer use the app. Every time I try to open it I get a white screen and that’s it. Totally useless. I’m definitely deleting this and will not be even thinking about returning.

Too many doors and windows to open in order to use this app should just be on the Virginia credit union mobile app. Keep it simple’
