Confusingly useless
There are too many specific issues to name. Generally it lacks a wide number of basic features that similar services offer, many of the functions they do offer are difficult to setup and half-functional at best, the various app versions across platforms are inconsistent and highly disappointing. Overall not worth the base service, let alone any add-ons they offer.

Schedule switching randomly
For the most part, I do really like Vagaro Lately I have been having problems with my schedule, switching randomly for example on Mondays, I work from 10 to 5 and then when I look at my schedule i’m scheduled from 10 to 6 and I didn’t put that in there I put 10 to 5. I went in my employee profile and looked at my hours and it said that I was scheduled from 10 to 6 every single day. I didn’t put that in there. I asked my coworkers in the salon if they switched My schedule because that was my most logical answer that’s someone went in my profile and switched it because I feel like it’s been only happening to me. But now it’s becoming a pattern with multiple days and it’s really annoying I tried updating the app and updating my phone and still nothing works and I even put in my hours in my employee profile instead of on the calendar which is where I normally put in my schedule and that didn’t work either it’s still switched from 10-5 to 10-6 I don’t know what to do at this point

Love, love this app. My customers have really been getting comfortable using it as well. Honestly I don’t know how I did it before online booking. The reminders have almost eliminated no shows. It’s like having a secretary without the hassle.
