Waste of money
Please save your money and look for other options. I used this as my booking platform, I own a medspa and it takes forever to change and shift to other app. I would have done it long ago

I’m enjoying the new booking app I used to always use square but it didn’t take deposits and now I have more peace of mind for no shows that I will still get paid

I’m leaving Vagaro
After looking into other booking sites, I’ve learned that Vagaro has lots of hidden fees which is not great for the individual hairstylist. Not to mention, not being able to pass card fees onto clients when other companies offer this feature. The Vera AI to get new bookings is awful. I’m upset they took away their free advertising marketplace.

Glitch
Not logging in with my face and then telling me the password is wrong is SENDING ME. The glitching in the app is the most annoying thing ever!!!
Update. Weeks later. We’re still here with the glitching in logging in.

Hi, I’ve had Vagaro for over four years and it works great, easy to book clients and personal appointments. I haven’t had issues with the app not working, I think it was down once but not for long. Clients love it and say it’s easy to use. It sends your clients a confirmation link to confirm appointments, and reminder msg. Thank you great app overall!

JUST LIKE THAT
I do not like Vagaro, from my own experience it continues to mess my schedule and pricing up. With all the concerns and complaints they have not once been in contact with me. I really wish the salon would stop utilizing said service; there are many other systems available for scheduling. Newest on going scam they have happening is VERA the saddest AI. This addition whether you want it or not it’s there to screw everything else up and take the clients’ $. JUST LIKE THAT! I’m gonna speak to the salon owner today.
