This is one of the Sorry companies to have in Valdosta. You can never get a ride when you really need it. I wrote the first review. This is another one every time I try to get a ride from y’all. It’s always no ride on my way, but I see drivers out here riding past but what they’re doing as I see is not accepting my rides and that’s a i’ve been sitting out here today since 5:30am this morning and now is 7 o’clock trying to get a ride and still can’t get a ride y’all don’t even deserve that one star I gave y’all

Unprofessional
I tried to let some things slide when I first started using the service but there was some things that didn’t make sense to me like why are drivers being way too personal in their assigned vehicles as if it were they’re cars, having people who aren’t supposed to be in the car in the car, drug use in the van and people making personal stops non related to the job. I’ve had drivers say that they took me to my location but drove right past me and didn’t pick me up. There has also been a lot of aggression from drivers, they don’t drop you off where you’re going and do not care about the conditions they drop you off in and then when you tell them about it they get defensive saying that this is where they’re supposed to drop you at. Customer service doesn’t do anything when you make a complaint they don’t reprimand the drivers at all, the passengers just have to continue to tolerate it because the drivers feel like they can get away with it. We need better pick up conditions for riders and dignity from the company

Nice first ride
This was my first ride. James was an excellent driver and provided professional and pleasant conversation.
They never pick you up at the spot and you have to walk miles
I’ve missed rides because the map is terrible. I’ve walked to where the map says the ride is only for the ride to NOT be in that spot. My account is constantly being inactivated for no reason and the wait times are ridiculous. Plus some of the drivers are rude.

I’m getting really irritated with this app, I missed my ride today because the app tells me that my ride already left, when it never even notified me that my ride ever arrived. I keep my app open the entire time so I can keep an eye on when my ride is arriving so I know when to go outside. It told me my ride was a few mins away still, and then suddenly I was notified that my ride left. If the app was performing right, I wouldn’t have missed my ride

Driver waits for less than 60 seconds before pulling off.
My notification of the driving being here and leaving were literally less than a minute apart. Sad that this is our public city transportation
The drivers are so terrible
The drivers will not wait on you and will literally drive to a stop that you are nowhere near and will cancel on you! i’ve been stranded multiple times and whenever i would try to call the driver to wait they never pick up! if you have money for a lyft or uber use it because this is so ridiculous dude

Dropped me off at wrong stop 🤦🏽♂️. Then had a attitude with me and drove off when I came back to get in the car.
Easy going experience
I woke up to a flat tire…so I just got dropped off with my son to get a repair kit from Walmart …to get it fixed by purchasing a few things and this ride made my day so much easier…and smoother especially because the driver was very understanding and had a relaxing and respectful aura…
Save your $2
Always cancel rides and then after it cancels you can’t book another because they in high demand time wait time is ridiculous
