Meant to fulfill the public transportation requirements of the city by law. Claims to be a rideshare, but wants to operate like a bus. They make you walk blocks away from your start and drop you off far from your stop, to give it that public bus effect. Doesn't run on weekends and the weekdays it is hard to get a ride due to constant high demand. This is not reliable like a bus system would be and doesn't help anyone that needs to be at work at a certain time like a real bus schedule would allow. You used to be able to schedule rides, but that functionality was removed.

Safety is nonexistent. One driver refused to put on seat belt and that annoying seat belt alarm just beeped the whole ride while she simultaneously took a speaker phone call with her boyfriend in jail. Customer service is nonexistent.

Can’t schedule rides??

So I can only schedule rides for at that moment?? Do yall not let people schedule a day ahead?? 1 star review for the lack of convenience and a clearly poorly designed app
