Pay method

this app is super handy, but the only thing that I didn’t like is how it needed a non-prepaid card I could’ve paid with my cash app card but instead it told me I needed a prepaid card which I didn’t have and I was already at the stop.

Easy to Rent

Unsure how to control speed? Hill stop was a hard start! All good to get a ride in!

Bloated process

Lots of work to verify phone number, email address, and verify ID, just to be told I could not rent a second bike for a relative. Support was unhelpful. Then the bike we did manage to rent just quit 15 minutes from where we rented it, despite 3 hours of battery.

Terrible Service

Crappy service, bikes either don’t work or don’t dock and you get a $30 bill which you have to argue back and forth to get it refunded

Great option

Valley bikes has been a great option to getting around. There seems to be a number of bikes that are unavailable. Hope they can fix that. And add more hubs

Good idea with not great mechanics

Doesn’t work on some phones and when I try to get two bikes for me and a friend it says to contact customer support

Wonderful resource

The ValleyBike system in Northampton and surrounding communities is a wonderful thing. We can hop on a bike to head downtown or make our way to Florence for errands.

Works as it should!

The bikes are back and as good as ever!!!
