Invoice now problem
Everyone I try to use invoice now in sha2lapaz and try to capture a photo. The app crashes and I think it’s a bug. That’s what made me use invoice later by mistake. I want someone to help me and convert my invoice later transaction to invoice now. Please help.

Horrible Customer service
Can’t reach a proper customer service representative, and the email support is a robot and it is difficult to reach anyone that can actually know how to talk to clients.

A disgrace for a service!
First of all i would lime to say that i have been using valu for over a year now and clearly they only care for the company and not the consumer what so ever!
They blocked my account for no reason and only demands to pay-up the monthly dues and not to make any further purchases after granting them 7%+ intrest rate for over a year now. They did not inform me that they will do so and their customer service agent simply told me if you don't like it just leave us. And now they are avoiding me completly over all their contacts. So simply i have filed a report for the consumer protection agency in Egypt and i will be hearing from them soon. Have a nice time toying with your customers around more.

Worst decision in my life
This app takes up to 40% interest I wouldn’t recommend using it, your almost paying 1.5x the thing you bought

Scammers
Beware of using Sh2lbaz, it’s a scam. They don’t transfer the amount and you pay them as dues without getting them refunded.
Slow
With every update the app becomes even worse it’s super slow and takes a loooooonggg time to load and sometimes the loading just fails which is frustrating when I’m trying to pay my due

An absolute Scam / unprofessionalism
Hidden fees, inability to early settle any debts, application glitchy at best. Customer service on all channels are not knowledgeable and it’s very hard to reach support. Multiple promises of callbacks that were never fulfilled. Committed to a transaction after being misinformed about the deal. No terms and conditions available to customers. What an absolute joke of an app and operation when this was marketed as a trusted app / business.

Why doesn’t it open even if it needs updating app like this should open at anytime I need it .. it doesn’t wanna open it asks for the update and it doesn’t want to be downloaded at the same time I tried different wifi and mobile data it keeps loading with no update and the app is closed for me like this

App needs major improvements
The concept of the app is amazing and has made many breakthroughs over the past few years in Egypt; however, the App needs a lot of improvements. Firstly, it is extremely slow and crashes plenty of time. Secondly, it’s not very user friendly and tough to mitigate around the App. Thirdly, there should be more security assurances of the user’s info as some info required to provide is private and crucial. Lastly, I high suggest to develop an auto calculator tab where user’s can plan their installments accordingly from the grand total of purchases.
