Disappointing

The app is very slow to load. I am unable to login. After I tap the Login button, I just see a spinning wheel. My iPhone SE has the latest iOS update installed.

Vancouver Taxi

If I can rate a zero star I would. It can not load

Loading forever..

The app doesn’t work on my iPhone 14. I can’t login n book.

App and service work beautifully

Downloaded the app and reserved a taxi ride to the air a day in advance. Fifteen minutes before scheduled pickup, received a notification that the car was en route, and was able to see the car approach on the map. Our driver arrived slightly early and got us to the airport efficiently and for about the price that the fare estimator on the app indicated at the time I made the reservation.

Some negative reviews appearing here seem to be from two to five years old. Problems have evidently been ironed out since then.

Total Joke of a company

Following the information on their website, booked a taxi to the airport on this app the night before. After waiting 10 min past the booked time, called their number and was notified by an automated system that my booking is being worked on and will arrive shortly. I waited another 5 min, and called again to confirm where they are and got myself to a gentleman who knew about my booking and immediately said “I can’t do it”. I told him that I had booked the night before and had the confirmation on my app, but he didn’t care and just continued to say “I can’t do it”. Lyft ultimately saved my day, but another confirmation that it’s these types of companies that ruin the reputation of the taxi industry and allow themselves to become obsolete. Sad.
