Maybe it’s still in development?
It doesn’t appear that this is a older app. Definitely something made within the last two years of this post. It doesn’t even have a cost on the Apple Store but it’s roughly $20 just to use it. I can update this post if it cost more money per month or week,if I don’t reply within that time. Then maybe it’s only just the primary purchase of $20 just to use the app. It’s a bit buggy and a bit unstable, but it gets a job done. At the end of the day it’s just a vacuum.
