Complicados para pagar
Trabajé un día lunes y ya ha pasado una semana y aún no recibo mi dinero, sus proceso para pagar involucra muchas fases y adicionalmente es muy poco lo que pagan por bloque. Otras compañías pagan mucho mejor
Can’t Ever Find Routes
I’ve tried every day and can’t find a route. I refresh before and during the time and just don’t see anything.

So twice I haven’t gotten paid when I finish my route it takes days to get paid instantly that doesn’t make since
Glitches
This was a OK app it was extra income. In addition to Amazon Flex. I wouldn’t say that they’re better than Amazon Flex. What makes them a little bit likable is that you can choose your area, which makes it better for me because some of these areas are closer to home rather than Amazon pulling you 30 minutes to an hour from your home. Sometimes the difference between them is yes they give you a lot of packages and you work all day Amazon you can get less packages and be done with that route guaranteed 30 minutes to an hour before your end time. However Veho has provided an extra income for my family but recently the app is not even allowing me to pull routes they’re just vanishing and the app is freezing. There’s a lot of work that needs to be done and even though I submitted a ticket it’s the same thing over. It’s almost like they copy and paste from a template. I wish that they can fix this issue because they do have the potential to be great again although the routes are very long I don’t mind doing them because it does at the end of the day provide extra income and helping me pay my bills, but they need to set up live live people you can talk to Amazon is successful because of how they function the functionality of it there’s live representatives whether you chat or call there’s email and there’s actually things done to update their app most recently I just been getting a ghost screen so the route are really not even there. I’ve never had this problem until now and I’ve already missed several days of work and they’re not even responding back with useful information as to when this is going to be corrected.

Overworked and underpaid
That work was terrible. They tell that the job will take 4 hours but took 9:30. There are a lot of

Ugh
The route that I picked up today was estimated to take about five hours. The route in total took 12 hours. There was hazardous weather that involve scattered thunderstorms and severe flooding and a lot of the areas and when I reached out earlier, I was suggested to see it through and I will be compensated for it. Not only that a lot of of the areas that was in my route was sketchy and with addresses that were almost unidentifiable. I'm not satisfied with the payout of $$97 with a subtraction of a dollar and some change to transfer the funds to my bank. This route literally took 12 hours. Then to sum it all up. There is no number to speak to a live representative for support!!! I keep getting the same generic response from the “live agents” in the chat and they keep sending me the same link. The job was posted for $99-$125 for 5 hours not 12!!

I hate having to fight and hunt over orders because there’s not enough orders for everyone in smaller cities, other than that it’s a pretty decent app. There is a lot of driving though, gas card would help

This is a pretty app to run routes for they’re pretty organized. I put them right up there with Amazon.

I like this company the fact that you choose route are more important I’m I also say the app should be more friendly I’m might be wrong because this my first day I don’t want to put anything negative it just my observation over all it’s good it’s consistency amazing. Customer support 100% anytime any difficulties they are quick to address the issue which is why I like thank you guys .

Approval
Takes a long time to get approved as a driver. I’ve been on the wait list since 08/17 just to be able to put my name down etc. not a fan of the setup process.

Don’t waste your time
I delivered a package to a homeowner and he told me that I shouldn’t go through his gate because people like me would get shot.. I’m a black women. I reported this to support and they froze my account to do an investigation and I have been unable to work with them. I’m still waiting for the investigation to be finished and it’s been more than a week and a half. Every time I ask support, what’s the status of the investigation so I could go back into working they don’t answer me. I have bills to pay.

Can’t sign in
Been trying to sign in since I downloaded the app and support keep saying that it’s fixed but it’s not. I am so frustrated and about to delete the app

this app is good to make money if you are desperate for money , amazon flex gives you less packages for the same amount of pay i just feel like they over work you and go really far
