Gracias por la oportunidad de trabajo

Glitching and low pay

The app glitches way too much and some routes do not pay well

Gotten a bit better

They’ve made some improvements but still need work. One seriously aggravating thing going on now is route pay is super unfair. They have a warehouse in miami that is being paid considerably more for less distance traveled up to 150$ Routes in the north location being paid less to go further. The # of boxes has gone up considerably. I was offered a route to go from pompano to jupiter fl for 56 dollars 50 packages. BBB might need to get notified for slave labor tactics. Most drivers that accept this don’t even speak English.

No hay mucho apoyo de ayuda

No me fue muy bien en mi primera entrega ya que ayuda no responde a tiempo para solucionar

This must be a joke.

Not worth my gas or time - the routes are insanely long with a ton of stops and I can’t imagine that anybody is actually making money doing this after taxes and fuel expenses.

STAY AWAY

The pay is low for the amount of packages that they expect you to deliver. There’s no help from support and if you have a problem with the pay of your route, it takes 10 days to get a response from them. Just awful freaking company.. the absolute worst gig worker job I’ve ever worked stay away from this company they are scam artists

Lack of Transparency With Routes

I’m writing this review to warn anyone who is considering downloading this app to make money.

The biggest problem I’m experiencing is the lack of transparency regarding the routes. The app does not provide enough important information in advance, such as the number of stops and the details of the route, before you are expected to commit. This makes it very difficult to determine whether the pay is actually worth the amount of time, gas, mileage, and work involved.

Recently, I’ve seen routes with around 75 stops for approximately $100. That can easily turn into several hours of work, on top of the gas and wear and tear on your vehicle. For someone trying to make a living using their car, that can result in a very low hourly rate.

What is most frustrating is that people come to these apps looking for an opportunity to work and make money, but when important information is not available before accepting a route, you can end up accepting a job that does not justify the time or expenses involved.

My intention with this review is not simply to complain. I want to warn other people who are looking for work or an additional source of income: before relying on this app, do your research, understand how the routes work, and calculate the real pay after considering gas, mileage, time, and vehicle wear and tear.

A delivery platform should provide enough information for drivers to make an informed decision before accepting a route.

Working hard is not the problem. The problem is not knowing how much work you are actually accepting until you are practically committed.

Lowering the prices

They’re lowering the prices and changing the duration

Bad customers bad service

A lot of the customers never put the right address and also put a lot of wrong pins and when we deliver there support say we in the wrong when clearly the customer doesn’t follow instruction and most customers don’t even put a number to sort the issues so you have to randomly find it VEHO NEED TO UPDATE THEY protection for employee drivers from customers who don’t follow Veho instructions

Little Pay

The pay is becoming small and the routes are containing more work and fuel.

Scammers - Not a gig

Avoid this. They assigned me 65 packages with completely unrealistic delivery expectations across La Jolla, Del Mar, Encinitas, and Solana Beach, most of them apartment complexes with difficult access. There was no support agent available to call when I needed help accessing delivery locations.

To make matters worse, if the warehouse is closed, they still expect drivers to keep returning the remaining packages until they’re accepted.

I worked 6 hours and successfully delivered 43 packages. I was supposed to be paid $138, but I only received $91.20. After fuel, vehicle expenses, and the time spent, this isn’t fair treatment of drivers. Think twice before accepting routes like this.

Fake

This app is fake they only want you to download their app..there is no offers that can be claimed. I tried. 100 times👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Transparency about Pay

I started with Veho after being on a waitlist for a while and was excited to finally get accepted. My first route was 59 packages with a pay range of $94–$110, and I was paid the full $110 a great first experience.

Since then, though, I’ve noticed a pattern. On a route with 84 packages, I wasn’t paid at the top of the range. Most recently, I ran a 60-package route with a stated range of $94–$136, and I was paid $110 well below the top end, despite the workload.

Compared to Amazon Flex, where I can typically complete a 3-hour block, earn $101+, and finish 45 minutes to an hour early, Veho routes tend to stretch across multiple cities and often run over the estimated time, even though the pay doesn’t scale up to match.

My biggest issue isn’t the pay itself it’s the uncertainty. Giving drivers a wide pay range instead of a fixed rate makes it impossible to know what you’re actually signing up for. I’d much rather see a solid, guaranteed number upfront so I can decide if a route is worth accepting, rather than finding out after the fact that I landed near the bottom of the range despite a heavy workload.

If Veho could fix one thing, it would be this: replace the pay range with a clear, upfront number. That transparency would go a long way in building driver trust.

App freezes when claiming routes

The app frequently freezes on “Confirm your route” after I tap Claim. The loading screen stays for approximately 20–30 minutes, and then the offer disappears. Please fix this issue.

Just update the app already there’s money to be made

VEHO has the potential to be one of the best delivery platforms, but the lack of quality control on delivery information is hurting drivers every day. Gate codes are often missing or incorrect, apartment numbers are incomplete, and the Unlock feature is unreliable. Drivers shouldn’t have to depend on random residents to access gated communities or waste time searching for customers because basic information wasn’t verified. These delays affect efficiency, earnings, and the customer experience. Please require accurate gate codes and complete apartment information before routes are released, improve the Unlock feature, and stop placing the burden on drivers to solve preventable problems. Listen to your drivers—we’re the ones seeing these issues every day.

Muy buena

Buena la aplicación

Pay is Ridiculous!

Just like the rest of the delivery apps, the want driver to work for minimum wage AND pay for car, maintenance, gas and insurance. Scam just line the rest of them. Gig economy is done, get a job guys

Battery Draining Glitchy App

I do several gigs and this is by far one of the worst apps I’ve used.

1. This thing will drain your battery quicker than anything.

2. After I go through your onboarding, remember I went through it. I should have to do it every time.

3. Remember when I drop a package. Almost every route I have to contact support to end my route because the app shows I still have an active route even though I get the route completed screen. There is always some random stop that shows incomplete even though at one point, it showed all complete.

Great job

DONT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY

They are scam artists. The ratings are done by warehouse workers not actual drivers. If you look at the actual driver reviews, they’re horrible. Do not let the rating fool you. That’s the reason why I worked for the company. But the app drain your phone battery no matter if you have it plugged in or not and nobody can help you if you have a problem because they’re just warehouse workers. They’ll say that you’re gonna make a certain amount and whenever you get there, it’s not even in the range of what the route said. So if you pick one that’s high paying expect to be paid half of that. Like I said they are scam artist.
