They Take Advantage of Drivers
Veho keeps paying drivers less while demanding more. They keep adding more packages to each route, including heavy items like air conditioners and food boxes, while reducing pay. Drivers pay for gas, taxes, insurance, maintenance, tires, and vehicle wear and tear. Every day they take more advantage of the people doing the work.
Veho cada día paga menos y exige más. Aumentan los paquetes por ruta, incluyen artículos muy pesados como aires acondicionados y cajas de comida, mientras reducen el pago. Los conductores pagamos gasolina, impuestos, seguro, mantenimiento, llantas y el desgaste del vehículo. Cada día se aprovechan más de quienes hacen el trabajo.

Great Delivery App
Great app with flexible scheduling and an easy-to-use interface. Deliveries are well organized, and payments are reliable. Overall, it’s a good way to earn extra income. Highly recommended!
Worst app ever
This is the worst app ever that I have dealt with it just keeps loading and never gives you a route!!
Lack of support
I tried to reach out to driver support or just regular customer support and I have yet to receive an email from anybody
Timing is off
Time shown for completion of route are not accurate if a segment says 4 1/2 hours then it is equivalent to six hours

Driver
La aplicación no es buena forma de hacer dinero. La app tiene muchos problemas con lectura de etiquetas y lectura de fotos no detecta que el paquete aparece en la foto. Si por alguna razón no pudiste entregar el paquete todo de afecta a ti como conductor incluso si el cliente no te provee acceso al domicilio es tu culta y te afecta en tus métricas .. si por alguna razón tienes devoluciones tienes que regresarlas el mismo día para que el día siguiente puedas encontrar una ruta disponible para seguir trabajando..

Horrible!!!
Horrible app, driver support NEVER has gate code or customers phone number. They always have the same answer. If you can’t deliver , go to the app “report problem” and if I still can’t deliver “return” package. And if I do my rating goes down.
Soporte muy malo
Me desactivaron la cuenta y nunca hice una orden , la abrí y enseguida me desactivaron después que me sacaron de lista de espera , no hay un agente de soporte que me explique el porqué , simplemente no me quisieron contestar !!

Not worth it !
Don’t even do it !!! They under pay !!!!!!!!! Give u like $40-$55 to deliver 80+ packages.. & send you up to 2 hours out !! It’s not worth it ! & then even tho they have a cancellation policy it must be within 90 minutes or it will go against you , but even if you do it way before 90 mins they still count it against you ! & they will permanently deactivate your account! This the worst delivery service to drive for 💯 oh did I mention, they just moved to a different warehouse in Plainfield Indiana so be prepared to park far as hell away to were you have to pick up packages 🤣🤣

Great Route
It was fun to deliver the packages. The routes are very well organize, and can be done easily. I can see that VEHO has a high standards of service to the customers and as well to the drivers. Very glad I started to serve today.
Awful app
It is beyond me that this app has a 4.8 rating. That’s a crock. It is constantly freezing crashing. You can’t even listen to music because you can’t have any other apps open while it’s open or it won’t work. I’ll stick with my other company.

Te elimina las rutas justo cuando llegas a la bodega ,el personal es indiferente y no ayuda a los driver y para más el chat de soporte lo pone súper difícil y no responde los msj ,la peor app que he probado de delivery ,por lo menos acá en Dallas malisima y lenta
Corporate pay for your hard work/energy/time.
App review: the latest updates are nonsensical. Routes are already difficult enough to acquire as they are claimed within seconds of the 9pm release but now the “Dee” man icon suddenly appears and it’s almost impossible to get rid of it and by the time you do, all the routes have been claimed! Another update is having to type in the apartment and address numbers after every picture is taken which is a waste of the driver’s delivery time. As for a review of working for the company: some days, it isn’t worth it, especially considering the high rate of gas/petro these days. Veho continues to add more packages to routes while the pay rate goes down.

Worst experience
I hope no one else has had the same experience I had with Veho yesterday. I was given a route that was “estimated” to be completed within 6hrs 45mins. I was counting and loading my car with packages for a solid hour because a single package out of 91 packages was missing and I recounted the 90 several times to make sure I didn’t miss it or miscount. When I let warehouse staff know, I was given the missing package that was on a shelf behind their station. I had a route of 84 stops. Completed 59 of those after driving for them for 9 hours. Contacted support after I realized their estimate and payout was not aligning with their expectations for any delivery driver. I returned the remaining packages and decided I will not be working for Veho again. It was only my second route and I’m so disappointed with my experience. Not sure how 84 stops were meant to be completed within the time allotted. Not even counting the hour I spent at the warehouse, that would have only given a driver less than 5 minutes to navigate to and deliver for each stop. The first stop was 20-30mins from the warehouse so I don’t know how that would have been possible. Mind you, I was still expected to deliver the remainder of the packages, was penalized for not doing so, and was only payed out $119 of the $174 I expected for the 9 hours I had already been driving and delivering for them. If you decide to work with them, please be mindful of your expectations when receiving your route details. This experience made me question myself for not paying close enough attention but as a previous project manager no one should have been promised that payout with the expectation on that route. I sincerely hope no one else has had the same experience because this is not ok.
