Still letting calls through
Calls that have been reported as spam by other users are still getting through daily.
Barely works
The calm filter misses so many spam calls it’s borderline unusable. On top of the fact that you have to sit there and dig through your call log, swipe to report, move to call filter, and fill out a menu for every single individual number. It’s ridiculous when you’re getting 10s of calls a day.
The spam detection and call filter needs to be better at blocking these robo phone number spoofing Indian call centers. We need a way to mass report numbers because it’s the same voicemail every call. And we need the ability to drop these calls completely instead of letting them fill up our voicemail.

One star is one too many
This app and the company promoting is is a bunch of hot air and false promises, this app fails miserably especially if you are dual sim, then it simply “waffles” between the accounts never really accomplishing anything while VZW keeps handing out their eternal BS

This app has an archaic limitation that only lets you to block/allow 10 numbers. It’s ridiculous in this day and age to have that kind of constraint.
Does Not Work
Despite having a paid plan, I still receive multiple spam calls/voicemails daily. When I go to report them in the app, I can see them hundreds of other reports have already been made about the same number. Incredibly frustrating!
Call filter by Verizon
I am so glad I have this on my phone! It’s saved many from answering useless phone calls. I love it!
Useless
This app is useless.. I don’t understand how people giving this anything more than two stars. It blocks all my doctors offices as spam and letting all the robo and spam calls through. I report them and that doesn’t mean a thing.. if I can give it 1/2 star I would.

Stopped Working
This app stopped working effectively about one month ago. I constantly get calls with dozens or many hundreds of spam reports. Fix the problem, Verizon. I shouldn’t have to email you for this app to work
Crashes instantly
Cannot use due to instant crash upon attempting to open the app

It blocks numbers that are saved as contacts in my phone. I missed quite a few important calls because of this so I deleted the app. However it would let in a lot of spam calls. Weird how it can’t even tell the difference. This happened multiple times. This was with the free version. Doesn’t make me wish to purchase the paid version.

Saved my sanity
This app has literally save me from going insane from spam calls. 1423 calls blocked in 60 days! It’s insane
Poor app
Does not work. Blocks some calls on my contact list. Deleted app. Will not pay money to allow genuine calls to come through while allowing spam.
Why Would I Pay for This?
It doesn’t work. I gave it 2 stars because it did work. And it was glorious when it did. But over the last 2 days the oh so ridiculously obvious spam calls are being let through and allowed to leave voicemail. I’m jealous of those of you this works for, but for me, it doesn’t.
Potencial Spam
I feel much more comfortable knowing Verizon is protecting me from spam calls. It gives me peace of mind every time my phone rings.
Doesn’t block a lot of calls
The app worked pretty well for numbers where weren’t calling from an 800# but now it’s not blocking regular area code numbers which it is showing me are spam. It shows blocked but my phone is still ringing .
