Slow to load but I still use it
It’s slow to load, but I still use it for the VPN. Though, even that can be buggy
How does this keep getting worse
I have had this disabled for years and somehow it enabled itself again and everything on my phone has stopped working. Seriously just take the L Verizon. This is such a catastrophic failure of an app. No one who works for you or who this app has any idea how to fix the problems. You would think after years and years of people saying I don’t want this and it’s messing up my phone and experience you would try something different, but no just another troglodyte.

Hate!
I hate this app but apparently my Call Filter app is transitioning to this jumble mess of an app. The app locks up constantly. I have my own VPN and 100% am not using Verizons. I only used the call filter app to block spam and scammers. This app here doesn’t have a neighborhood filter feature. This app here is a mess of things I am not interested in. Ill just go back to AT&T for my 4 phones.

Sends Important Calls to voicemail
At least once a week, this app sends important calls that are obviously in my call history directly to voicemail without ringing the phone. The calls don’t even show up in recent. This happens once or twice every week. Today it sent a call from a mechanic who I’ve spoken with numerous times directly to voicemail. It has sent calls from doctor’s office where I’ve done business for years directly to voicemail. I finally had to turn the app off out of frustration because I keep missing important calls. The app should be able to look at call history and determine whether a call is valid or not.

App keeps crashing
I’m trying to get on the app and it keeps crashing. It keeps saying something went wrong please try again later or reopen the open. And nothing. I don’t know what’s going on. I really need this.
VPN blocking most of my apps
I started to notice that most of my app would say no internet connection or would take forever to load than I started to get notifications from this app nonstop even when I turned them off they would come still show up now it to the point where it’s disabled and still connects and blocks normal functions

What the heck? I traded in my iPhone 14 Pro Max for IPhone 17 and after downloading the app and opening it is stuck on the big red V!!! After a moment or two it says something went wrong, close and reopen app. I have 20 times and same thing over and over
App is Terrible
I have been using the app for about 4 months. I’ve had nothing but problems with Apple Maps , my GPS, Safari. And others I’m sure of that. Your app clearly does not like Apple products. I’ve got 2 iPhones and both have the same issues. Oddly enough… when I disconnect the VPN ON VERIZON protect… the problems go away. For $38 a month you would think I would get a better product. Right?

Issue with vpn
At some point either an iOS update or one of your updates caused my cellular data to stop working with vpn enabled.
I noticed this recently when I connected my phone to car play it would connect by wifi to my phone and then I would lose internet connectivity even when my phone showed that it had cellular signal. It wouldn’t connect unless I disabled car play and Wi-Fi all together and then it wasn’t very stable. I noticed that the vpn was on even when Wi-Fi was disabled and the phone was connected to cellular. I didn’t think it should be on for just cellular only but it was and at some point it would not connect at all unless I turmed off the vpn. But then the vpn would not stay off and it kept blocking my data connection when not on Wi-Fi so I removed and disabled the vpn and now it’s working fine. I think this may be some sort of split tunneling issue or something like that.

App does not work anymore. Keep getting same message “something went wrong” . Very annoying. So much from Verizon. First the lousy connection now apps that dont work…

I don’t know if this “protects” you per se. It makes the phone extremely laggy and just doesn’t load things like comments under an article. So if protection means you phone is as slow as a 1990’s flip phone and you can’t actually do about 75% of what you try to do, then I guess you could say it works. I just turned it off and am now using a different VPN that does work. Even though I have it turned off, it still nags me constantly that it’s disabled. I guess I have to uninstall.

Call filter moved here, cannot identify type of line (can’t tell if it’s VoIP)
Call filter moved here from the standalone app. I can no longer identify the type of line, so I can’t tell if it’s VoIP. Most spam is usually from VoIP callers. I also cannot see the owner/business of the line now. How is that helpful to your customers? I get an insane amount of spam calls and this is absolutely not helpful. I need to be able to see which are legitimate as people frequently refuse to leave a voicemail. I need to know if I have to follow up with medical or emergency calls.

Not working
Since the last two updates, now the app won’t even open. It crashes and goes back to the home screen
