Had no issues so far for last couple of months . All works as it should

I thought it was a decent utilities app at first, when I could actually get logged in and utilize the application. That was possible for maybe the first month, or two months after I started service with Veteran.
Never even try anymore, because it is a fruitless attempt and waste of time. Has not been functional for close to 6-7 months.
I have to utilize the Veteran Energy website to check, change or update billing info and make payments.
Hope they can get the app back to functioning properly at some point in the near future.

Useless
My login credentials never work. Everytime I try to reset the password, it never sends me a link. Emailing customer support never works. I have to physically call them EVERY single time. Absolutely annoying in today’s era.
Bug?
The app is closing after I put my login and password information in.
