Pet care gamification ❤️

I love this app, it works! It helps me to track our dog walking activities, like time and routes, and encourages exploring new routes. Also, informational articles help to care for our dog in more ways. It's nice that for your dogs' daily routine, you could also get a free cup of coffee! Got mine today! It took me around 2 weeks of the activities, that I do anyway.
Also, customer support is great🌟 they reply fast and very helpful!

Disappointed

I just wanted this app to track miles I walk w/my Dog. It constantly glitches you hit start walk and nothing tracks not just once in a while but most of the time. it’s very disappointing. You can never just catch up on the app and submit all the things you’ve accomplished because it’ll literally tell you you have to have time between things but then you can’t go back and edit anything. It’s very frustrating. I’m sure somebody somewhere likes it since it has so many stars but because it constantly glitches it’s just not something I would recommend. Also, don’t bother contacting Support because they are no help fixing it.

Pretty Good so Far

I recently downloaded this app and it's pretty good. It's very easy to earn rewards, especially if you have multiple dogs, and is great encouragement to spend more time with them.
I like how there are extra daily activity suggestions, but I wish they cycled out more for different ideas to do.
You can also read articles to get extra points and learn more about your pet! I was really interested in this feature but a bit disappointed how they are mostly written by ai.

Cannot track my walks. I can on rover, but I’ve tried always allow and allow while using app and neither work

Glitches

It was fine for a few weeks but randomly glitches and I will lose my streak even though I did a walk.

Great Company!

I’ve loved using the app and how easy it is to earn coins doing things I do everyday with my dog. And I love the ideas to add some more care and enrichment. But what really wowed me recently is the customer service. A bug happened that wouldn’t let the app load and I couldn’t get my walk logged and keep my streak going. They identified the issue and fixed my streak within 24 hours. So thankful for great service.

Good until it wasn’t…

It seemed to be working well, slow to load but easy to use and track. I’ve been having issues all day getting onto the app. It just has the loading circle continuously going around. The one time it loaded it showed I had zero points when I have over 1,000 as a new user. I wasn’t able to track my walk today, still won’t load. There’s not answers anywhere, there not even any place for app support. This is a good idea but there’s some work needed to have it work more smoothly.

We recently had a temporary outage for 24 hours on 3/22/26 that impacted some pet parents from being able to completely access the app and it's features (what you experienced). During that time some profile data - like total coins - would not display, but we can assure you that all of your coins are still in your account. You can always reach our team at support@vettedpethealth.com with any issues you experience. The temporary issue was fixed the next day and Vetted pet parents and their pups are back to taking walks, earning rewards, and living well 💕

Good app, minor issues

I like the idea of this app. I think it’s a fun way to make sure you’re meeting your pets needs while being “rewarded”. It’s faulty in the sense that if you’re out on a walk and lose signal- you lose your whole walk’s progress and can only then add your walk which gives you significant less points then if you were to track it. Such a bummer when you walk more than 3 miles. It would be nice to have an option to also transfer your walks from the “fitness” app too. In case you forgot to track it with Vetted. Just a thought.

Delayed (Most Likely Denied) Giftcard

The app is great and the points are easy to obtain while learning and properly taking care of my dogs. Yet I redeemed 2000 points for an Amazon gift card and when I received the email for it, the gift card was delayed for some reason. I’ve seen this happen with other apps and the gift card is always denied. I’d like my points back or the gift card to come through, because otherwise I wasted my time, and I really enjoy this app.

Nice concept, need improvement

This is a very nice concept getting rewarded for the normal thing you do with your dog, it’s however need some improvement I have issue where it did not reward me for the walk, initially I did contact support and given the missing point however I have 1 or 2 missed point everyday and I stop contacting support since I hate to keep creating a ticket every time.
Don’t get me wrong still a nice app to have.

Reminds me to check in more with my dog

I love how quick and responsive the Vetted team is. They helped me locate my account after I got logged out. I also love how the daily to-do list reminds me to check in and be more present with my dog. Thanks for making such a great app!

This app has so many bugs

I want to like it because it feels like I get rewarded for doing basic things that I already do with my dog. That said, there are so many bugs. It constantly doesn’t add points for walks I completed. Or I start a walk and the app crashes and points for that walk don’t get added. Points go constantly missing. I open the app often and it doesn’t even recognizes my dog’s profile (I have to keep closing and opening the app multiple times to recognize my dog’s profile again). I mean, at this point it’s such a pain than I don’t even think rewards are worth it. 👎

Yesterday I started a walk and when I tried to finish it, I got an error message. I just tried adding it today and I got another error message.

Perfect app for pet lovers

Finally, an app that rewards me for taking care of my dog!

Vetted makes it easy and fun to earn rewards for things I already do, like walking my dog and teaching him new tricks.

Super simple to use, smooth tracking, and great gift card options. Love that it actually encourages better pet care.

Gamified Pet Care!

The app is amazing and I really enjoy the points for doing tasks with my pet. We are walking more and I was definitely more alert to different day to day tasks-it gamified pet care! I like the maps. The rewards are kind of long to get to, and there's still some limited options, but with more users, I foresee a really fantastic reward market. Best of all? There's not a lot of ads in the app, and it's completely free and still useful.

Fun and educational!

I'm loving the app so far. I think it's fun to gamify otherwise normal actions, so it's been great to earn rewards for things I already do for my pets. It's a great incentive to stay on track with regular care and also go the extra mile with tasks that wouldn't normally get done as often (like brushing teeth). I'm also enjoying all the educational aspects in the app, I think that's super important to have!
