This app works great
I’m not sure if the previous comments were from before they fixed some issue but the app works great now. You can see and adjust the temperature switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit, see the battery level, and change the name of the Bluetooth device.
The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is it because it asks for an email to “sign in” which is pretty ridiculous for a device like this. That said it doesn’t ask for a password or anything else so you can type whatever email address you want.
The mug is great too. I’m picky about my cups and this checked all the boxes. Definitely recommended.
I do hope the battery life is good because it doesn’t seem to be accessible without breaking the mug or scratching it up at a minimum.

The app does not work.

Got for Christmas today … cannot even get app to register my coffee mug.
Does Nothing!
Downloaded the app, it asks for an email but then does absolutely nothing!
The cup itself seems to be working fine so far (I just got it today though so we will see.)

My experience is the same as other reviewers. The iOS app, once downloaded, request an email. After submitting an email (I suggest using iCloud hide my email), nothing ever happens. No email is sent from VFZO to enable registering or adding a device. The app simply collects your email and is useless.

I read the other two reviews that also gave this app one star and thought maybe they fixed it since then, so I downloaded the app and it did the exact same thing. It took my email address and then did absolutely nothing. Every time you press the + to add your device, it asked for your email address and then disappears into the same thing over and over and over again. Useless.

Just paid $100 for a heating cup with “app control”. The app gathers your email and then does nothing. Avoid!

Opens to a first page asks for an email and then says no likey your email and you are done. App does absolutely nothing.
