Healthcare leaders, supervisors and managers play a central role in fostering a Just Culture. This training will support this audience in reviewing up to 10 clinical and non-clinical scenarios that lead to patient harm and allow the learner to rehearse using the Just Culture decision-support methodology in a safe place. Training will allow learners to review system and individual considerations when determining an approach to accountability. This skill is foundational in supporting VA’s culture of safety and advancing the organization to become a High Reliability Organization (HRO).
