appointments, and billing. Simple and user friendly. Ignore all the old reviews as this version fixed all issues. Have been using it for 2 years and love it.

Poor substitute for live people
Poor internet connectivity, won’t let me schedule appointment, and provides no reason. Just tells me to call. Why not just call in the first place, why the runaround and klugy interface. Someone is being ripped off here paying for this app.

I’m not putting in credit card information just to download it. Screw you.
Needs a lot of work
This app is so buggy. The only consistent thing about it is how often it crashes and doesn’t let me log on due to “network issues.” It needs serious work so it actually works!
Connection to Apple Health app
Is there any way to use this as a source for Apple Health app? All the other MyChart hospitals allow it but VHC doesn’t seem to allow it.
Missing Apple Health integration
MyChart allows service providers to add Apple health integration so that all health data is in one place.
Please enable that option, all my doctor visits, lab results have been synced except for VHC visits.

Latest update not working
Can login but can’t view messages or test results after the last Aug 2023 update.
Almost Perfect
The app has great features and is easy to use to obtain all of my account information. If they add FaceID login capabilities, I’d give it 5 stars. The closest option seems to be using a passcode…

App is great and easy to use. I really like the new “Find my Way At VHC” feature! I’ve always had trouble finding my way around hospitals in general, so it’s a very helpful with finding my way to my appointment and finding my way back to the parking garage!

Why Bother
All this effort in a new app and you can’t view it in landscape mode I’d using an iPad. You get 1 star since you are apparently incapable of forward thinking. Make me wonder if I even want to use thus hospital.
Great improvement
I was able to download and use this new updated VHC app. It is waaay better than the previous version. So far it feels more friendly and intuitive, which is super helpful!
Great Update!
This app lets me schedule video appointments with my Doctor which is helpful during COVID. Also has nice map feature that I use to get around at the hospital.
Bare minimum
This app is pretty awful, but usually the core functionality seems to work okay. I’d really love for VHC to integrate with Apple Health. Why is that so difficult?
App is basically useless
With VHC everything has to go through a bureaucratic wall of telephone tag to do anything. Even within the app scheduling, which should be a simple thing that is fully automated is just a request that goes into someone’s queue and is processed in the most ineffective and time consuming manner possible. There is no physician messaging and no meaningful access to health data both collected by your physician and available from eg. wearables.

It keeps prompting to update in the App Store but there’s no update available!! Even tried uninstalling and re installing but no luck 😐
