Everything about this company is terrible. They are constantly having issues with receipts issued by doctors.
Platform access
Access via the app works great. However, when I get an email and I click on the link from the email and enter the same user ID and password I can't get in. I switch from the website to the app and bingo works great. Why can't the App and app and the website use the same password. It's tiresome trying to figure it out.

My reason for visiting today
I find that Via Benefits is performing better than in past years. Reimbursement payments have come on time continually all year. Last year there was more lag time. My enquiry: I have received the same benefit reimbursement for about 18-20 years. (Always appreciated) But, medical expenses have skyrocketed over that time. I am in hopes that NGC will soon increase the benefit reimbursement amount?! Can Via Benefits help in this area?
