New app works worse than the old one
Not sure why we have two apps for Vidanta that continue not to be supported or work. What is going on? Why do we have to put up with this?
Better than nothing
At the resort there was a big push by staff to use the app. Most of the promised features did not work. You can’t order food to your room or even see a menu. Hotel buildings are not labeled. Restaurants are closed but sometimes it doesn’t tell you that. There’s a general map which is helpful and you can ask for basic services to your room like a replacement blender or more towels.

Idk if they ever heard of chat gpt but I swear to baby Jesus himself if they got a middle schooler with half a brain this app would make more sense
Location Services Does Not Work
This app doesn’t track location worth a damn . The map also is finicky, often mot allowing scrolling or zooming in or out.
App doesn’t load
The app is just brutal / won’t load things and the menu set leaves a lot to be desired
