Found app to have daily info for shore excursions & weather info, however if we wanted to stay on shore after excursion, the mandatory “return to ship” could not be found on app. This additional info would be helpful.

Great cruise app
Great cruise app from Viking.Having cruised on other cruise lines Viking are easily the best when it comes to their app which comes alive when you connect to the ship’s Wifi.It is an excellent value add to an exciting cruise!
Terrible travel app
The app can only be used onboard ship if used to manage your Viking cruise. Unlike almost all travel apps which can be used to both plan travel and manage a booked trip. Pre cruise you have to use web based portal, which closes 48 hours before cruise. Worthless app!

We have used the app for our trips. Great way to to keep track of our itinerary.
Doesn’t work.
Doesn’t work on my phone or my daughter’s phone. Continues to randomly close and I’ve never been able to access any information. We are current on a Viking ship so it’s disappointing.
Wonderful crew
The crew were all very friendly and accommodating to any thing you needed. Entertainment was exceptional.

POS App
Been on several Viking cruises. Got onboard, logged onto ship internet, opened app, wouldn’t take me to anything. Acted as if I wasn’t onboard. Tried deleting app, disconnecting/reconnecting to internet, reloaded app, no change. Viking, your services continue to go downhill.

Who designed this?
When we boarded the ship and connected to the wifi it wouldn’t do anything. So I deleted the app and reinstalled it. It worked ok for several days and then I noticed it had not updated my account since day one. Tried rebooting with no joy, so I logged out of the account. Lo and behold, there’s NO WAY TO LOG BACK ON! So I deleted and reinstalled it again and it won’t do anything. This app is junk.

Super helpful
This app was a great help onboard. Took a little time to navigate, but quick to adapt. I would love to have it available before the voyage, to start booking things earlier. Otherwise, it was really convenient!

Way too complicated
This app is not user friendly at all. It does not load up properly. The only way to get to the app is to hit the privacy link, then select the cruise type. Then you get a selection menu that has an option towards the bottom for my Viking voyage. And if you are trying to look at your cruise e few days before the cruise, it tells you to download the Viking voyager app to use during your cruise, but that the app that your on. I was not able to view anything a day before my cruise. Very frustrating.

The app gets better and more bulletproof every time we cruise. They still don’t have the operating hours of the stores and restaurants but I am hopeful it’s coming soon.

Good but crashes regularly
Good app providing lots of key information while on a Viking Cruise. However, the app crashes regularly immediately after it opens. Often have to try 4-5 times to get it to open successfully.
