Who designed this?
When we boarded the ship and connected to the wifi it wouldn’t do anything. So I deleted the app and reinstalled it. It worked ok for several days and then I noticed it had not updated my account since day one. Tried rebooting with no joy, so I logged out of the account. Lo and behold, there’s NO WAY TO LOG BACK ON! So I deleted and reinstalled it again and it won’t do anything. This app is junk.

This app was a great help onboard. Took a little time to navigate, but quick to adapt. I would love to have it available before the voyage, to start booking things earlier. Otherwise, it was really convenient!

Way too complicated
This app is not user friendly at all. It does not load up properly. The only way to get to the app is to hit the privacy link, then select the cruise type. Then you get a selection menu that has an option towards the bottom for my Viking voyage. And if you are trying to look at your cruise e few days before the cruise, it tells you to download the Viking voyager app to use during your cruise, but that the app that your on. I was not able to view anything a day before my cruise. Very frustrating.

The app gets better and more bulletproof every time we cruise. They still don’t have the operating hours of the stores and restaurants but I am hopeful it’s coming soon.

Good but crashes regularly
Good app providing lots of key information while on a Viking Cruise. However, the app crashes regularly immediately after it opens. Often have to try 4-5 times to get it to open successfully.
A cruise app that works!
This app is very helpful and everything you need to have a successful voyage!
Used many time
This is our 5th Viking cruise and the app is wonderful and so easy to use. Love the quick updates, ie changing our watches ahead, etc. I love having our itinerary laid out so nicely.
Great Resource!
As a Viking passenger, I rely on this app for so much up to date info. It’s extremely user friendly. The only recommendation I would make is enabling keyless entry to staterooms. The key cards are a pain.

Viking River Cruise
We had only been on board for a few hours when my wife said I want to do this again. We’ve already booked our next cruise. The ship, the staff and the food are all 5 star. No negatives at all.
Crashes
Worked just fine on The Mars but app crashes and closes constantly since boarding The Star. Have deleted and reinstalled several times but still issues.

I have yet to be able to get the app to work at all. I have used the Princess app with no difficulties. I am tech savvy as I formerly taught information technology at the college level.
Either it doesn’t recognize that I am in fact connected to the ships WiFi, or it just doesn’t work!!!!

Needs work
Main page doesn’t have a drop down menu to log into your account, once your so work your way to my viking journey and sign in it doesn’t stay logged to that screen if you close the app. I want easy access to my trip.
