update is a massive downgrade
thank you for making this. it’s been great so far until the most recent update. it now clears my connection settings and i have to generate a new api key each time i open the app making it unusable. even without that issue, the project page is notably worse, and it’s now the only page that shows anything at all. This was previously better than both mDone and Veyern but i’m being forced to switch. Seems like most of the features it had are now gone. Maybe consider rolling back until whatever changes you wanted to make are compatible with the rest of the app? not a good idea to push changes you know will break the app, just wait until it’s clean then push a more comprehensive and stable update

Works great
Really solid design and feel. I really like the new features that have been added but a widget would be great
Coming along really well!
Really enjoying Vikunja, and I’m really excited for the future capabilities of this app! My favorite part is a pretty easy to set up push notification set up, and syncing to a calendar.
I would say my next two things I’m looking forward to is a bug fix for description rendering (it currently shows RAW HTML) and a KanBan view for your project.

Overall solid
Clean, responsive. Would love to see a widget to keep my tasks on the screen.
Response from developer
Great to hear you like the clean, responsive design! The task widget you're looking for is actually already in development and will be coming soon with version 1.2. You'll be able to keep your tasks visible on screen - perfect for your homescreen or as a floating widget while you work.
Great, but could be better!
Love that there’s finally an app for Vikunja instances! There’s still a lot you can only do in the web app though. Would be nice if you could change project sharing settings from within the app!
Response from developer
Thanks for the feedback! You're absolutely right that the web app had more features initially. Good news though - project sharing settings have been added in version 1.1, which is coming out in the next few days! You'll be able to manage all your sharing permissions directly from the app without switching to the web interface. We're working hard to bring feature parity with the web app, so more capabilities are on the way!
