When I got to the hotel we booked through VIO for an out of state get away , we were told although they see our name. We had NOT paid for our stay, even after showing we did pay thru VIO. VIO did not pay the hotel. After hours of trying to get help and getting no where in the middle of the night. We had to pay out of pocket at the front desk for even more expensive stay which was our spending money. The stress this put us!!!! and ruined our trip. You, VIO have no clue what this get away meant to me, I am so sad! My first review ever! That’s how horrible it was

Kept our Money

We were not going to arrive on time for check in on the first day of our trip and contacted them and the hotel to advise. This was due to a medical condition: They cancelled our entire reservation and kept all our money.
