Terrible App full of bugs - says OOPS a lot!!

Tried to record a programme and it says it can’t do it because my box is not on when the box IS on and about four feet in front of me.

Terrible app you can’t login you cannot watch on the go…have a look at how other apps work and start a fresh…hint hint Netflix
Virgin TV NOT on the Go
App requires you to be connected to your home WiFi, which totally defeats the objective of being on the ‘Go’. Virgin, why on earth would anyone want to watch their TV through the Virgin tv go app over the TV that’s already in the house!?
Seriously the Product manager should be embarrassed.
If this is not the intended MVP, I’d seriously suggest changing the name. IE Remove GO.

Rubbish
Been using tv go for years, mostly due to me travelling for work and it was handy, vpn on and go, boom. Now got the latest tv box. And it doesn’t work, nor does the remote control app. Yes they still charge more than the previous setup I had. Yet their app will not tell me my account can no longer use these apps, why NOT??
