Never in my life
I’m not usually the type to go out of my way to put in a complaint about something but this is just horrible. I do not understand why this cannot get fixed. If it’s something Virginia Housing isn’t concerned enough about, then just remove the entire app.

Horrible
The app works when it wants. Doesn’t let me even log in some times. And then I have to pay extra to pay my mortgage over the phone. No fair at all.

I’m tired of seeing an error pop up when I submit my first payment. Y’all need to get this fixed. It’s been over a year since Iv had to use this app. What are y’all doing? Fix this please. You want a better review then get it done.
Can’t add payment account
For some reason I cannot add a payment account and it says error. Super frustrating.

When app first launched it worked great. Now it has error every time I try to make a payment. Deleted the app and reinstalled couple times. Made sure app was updated. Still error. Works fine on the website. The slogan below the app says “Mortgage payments made simple”. This is not the case.
Can’t Make Two Payments
I have two mortgage payments and EVERY TIME the app offers to “Make a Second Payment for Free” to avoid an additional $5.00 processing fee it gets stuck loading a blank, white, screen. I have to close out and go back to process a separate payment and getting charged the extra $5. This should get fixed so your app users are more satisfied with their payment process. Once it’s fixed I’d happily leave a better review.

I truly didn’t want to leave a star but it made me to submit this review. Numerous times I’ve tried to log in to make a payment and it tells me the info is not correct when in fact it is correct, I have to uninstall and reinstall to get a payment through. It also will accept my info, log me in then soon as I hit make a payment the screen goes black then logs me out and when I try to log back in the numbers 999999 are displayed where my loan number should be, the zip code is messed up and the last 4 of the ss number.
This app definitely needs to be gutted and fixed it’s such an inconvenience and a waste of time..

App no longer works
App stopped working around December 2021 and it has not been fixed and is still available for down load in the App Store. Can’t seem to get anyone to acknowledge the issues.

Does not work
Since this past holiday season, 2021, it will not accept payment. I used it for 2 years and would rate it 4/5. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app but it still refuses payment. I have not emailed or called them because it appears to be a known issue that’s unresolved for months.

Payment
Log in perfectly, but as soon as I submit my payment. It logs my out and says “error, can’t not accept payment”, like I know I got the money. And it’s my debit account. And for some reason. It won’t accept my credit card as a payment. This issue that has been going on since December 2021, nothing new. I’ve emailed. No reply. I’m tired of calling a robot and wasting 20 min of my life that I could have it last max 2 min from the app

Are you serious?
This “app” (I use that term loosely) is a major pain. Rather than being able to log in easily with Face ID (like any other app), I have to enter the loan number, etc., every time I want to make a payment. And, I keep getting error messages when trying to make a payment. The actual website isn’t much better.

Major issues
This app worked perfectly last month and now I’m unable to make a payment! I have logged out then logged back in wrong account information! Now I can’t log in with my information! Please fix this issue!
What happened?
I’ve been using this app for 6-7 years with no issues, but over the last year it’s been near impossible to log in. Every month it tells me my loan information doesn’t exist. Sometimes deleting and reinstalling the app works, but the following month introduces the same issues all over again.
Even if I succeed in logging in, it’s a 50/50 chance the app will crash while I’m trying to submit a payment.
