Spent a while looking for a virtual landline to make receiving calls from my brother in prison cheaper for him.
£4.50 a month saves him £25+ a month.
It’s my sole use for the service and I couldn’t recommend it enough.

The setup and activation of the number was almost instantaneous and very easy.
I love being able to change the ring duration, a standard call to a mobile usually cuts off and sometimes I can miss the call, this is a thing of the past!

Easy to use and good price compared to other virtual landlines

I keep on getting calls and not hearing the other person but they can hear me.

Previously, I could merge two calls together now it seems I can’t and yet I’m still paying the same price as previously what’s happened

The customer service team is pants, they never return your call.
Expires
The app expires if you don’t open it enough, would be great if it just works without having to open it, as sometimes the notification can be missed! Eg WhatsApp, Viber, Skype just works without having to open it, they don’t expire.
The perfect solution
My partner was spending around £50 per week calling me from HMP Five Wells. We’d speak 3 times a day. Once the prison managed to add the virtual landline number to his list of approved numbers it has been all systems go and he has, in 3 days, already started to save money especially as no-one answered his number and took that one of the person calling him b it’s been a win-win situation for all Paris. Highly recommended.

I have been using virtual landline perfectly for 3 months, unlimited isn’t unlimited at all. I upgraded and now using the app- cuts off mid call that’s if you can even get connected
The Perfect Switchboard
Virtual Line is convenient virtual concept which acts as my personal switchboard wherever I am in the world. It’s so easy to setup and manage all my global telephone numbers in one App. It’s a Switchboard in my pocket and it’s brilliant!
