Terrible app

One of the worst apps on my phone. Full of spelling mistakes and bad English which make it difficult to understand.
Yes it does the job - but I don't have a choice to use a better app for my alarm system.
Unintuitive messy Home Screen.
Why does it need face recognition AND a password? Even my bank doesn't need that!

App upgrade set off alarm

House alarm was set off yesterday and we couldn’t reset it, as connection kept dropping out. Could this have been caused by new app upgrade?

Just poor

Can’t clear errors or alarms ever, app takes an age to load, hasn’t seen a single update in a year using it.

Crazy complicated

Eventually got it to work with our alarm system, not easy. THEN they updated the app!! Since then it asks for passwords to even get into the app which took ages to set up and time consuming to use. Made a bit easier by setting up Touch ID. Can’t do the same on my husbands phone it won’t accept anything we put in. Our alarm supplier don’t seem to understand what is going on. All in all, useable if you can get round the technology but useless if you can’t. Update: engineer eventually came. Looked at control panel - last engineer hadn’t set the control panel right to use with app. Rectified but only with engineer giving me endless instructions. If I lose the app again I fear I will not get it to work. So good when it works but ITS NOT USER FRIENDLY TO SET UP.
Oh my goodness when the alarm sounds on your phone it’s like WORLD WAR III

Alarm in memory!

So I still haven’t been able to clear the message telling me that the alarm went off and I hear it every single time I set the alarm!!!!

So easy to use. Keeps you informed on different things. History for insurance purposes. Can activate the alarm from your phone. Would recommend.

FaceID only please

I’ve been using this App for my home alarm for 2 months and it works well but it’s really annoying that I can’t just login with FaceID only. I still have to enter passcode which delays opening the App, especially when I’ve forgotten that I’ve put the alarm on and by the time it takes me to open the App, put the code, then Connect, I barely got time to disconnect it and a few times has gone off for 2-3 seconds.
I just don’t get why if there is the option of FaceID, I still have to put the code (apparently “Fast login”).
This needs sorting and give us the option please.

No notifications

I had an alarm fitted and have now been told that the app doesn’t work with I phones, I had lock and unlock my house but if the alarm gos off it doesn’t notify my phone, all settings are correct on the app and phone.

Visonic why is this?
