How do yo expect this phone app to work if their internet is so much slower than advertised?

Invisible buttons

While setting up the app, once I got to the “agree to terms” page, the agree and read buttons were invisible. I only know what the buttons said because my partner also downloaded the app on her phone.
The back buttons in the settings pages are also invisible.
