Warum ist es unmöglich, ein Ticket für die R44 zwischen Sigmundsherberg und Krems zu kaufen?

This app is a scam! 1/3 tickets are not issued due to a server error, but it bills your card nonetheless. It start happening 3-4 months back and keeps happening randomly since. Never had an issue before. It’s ridiculous

Useless garbage
Can’t log in, can’t create an account, can’t buy a ticket. Doesn’t work on the web either.
Purchasing tickets is very cumbersome

Can’t buy tickets properly in the app now. It takes me money and sends an email but returns this completely opaque error message. I’m sure the devs could do better than this. Tried reinstalling. Still persists.
