Finding statements and correspondence is not intuitive, hard to find in the app

Not functioning as app
The app does not shows much details. It keeps taking you to webpages when you try to use it for more information. App interface so bad that you cannot find stuff. You spend so much time to figure out where things are. App is not user friendly.

Coming from Vanguard to Voya, Voya site is hard to navigate and doesn’t give a clear of picture how my investments are doing.

Complicated!
It’s much harder now to make investment changes for the reallocation of funds. How is it done now? Why you made it harder? I can’t even see my loan account balances anymore! It used to be upfront viewing and easily accessible. Did you take away that option?

The App sucks
This app is driving me crazy. It sent me a message demanding documentation but I had to dig through the message center and disable my pop up blocker to even see what they wanted documented. I still haven’t figured out how to upload the document they wanted documented! There certainly is no obvious way to submit the document they wanted!

Totally nonfunctional. I can’t access my accounts. I can’t access my statements. I get email messages that I need to login to read them and it says there are no messages. I have no understanding why a government agency DRS has passed on their obligations to a dysfunctional private company that doesn’t care.

This app is terrible
Compared to Fidelity this app is basic doesn’t give me the information I need and it’s hard to figure out where I need to trade to make my money work better for me.
