Totally nonfunctional. I can’t access my accounts. I can’t access my statements. I get email messages that I need to login to read them and it says there are no messages. I have no understanding why a government agency DRS has passed on their obligations to a dysfunctional private company that doesn’t care.

This app is terrible
Compared to Fidelity this app is basic doesn’t give me the information I need and it’s hard to figure out where I need to trade to make my money work better for me.

Everything about this app is designed to be cumbersome, inconvenient and made to discourage an individual from actively managing their retirement savings. If the goal is to prevent individuals from having choices and being able to move their money then mission accomplished.

Balance is not updated daily
I have noticed recently that my account balance is not being updated daily. The balance stays the same from one day to the next even though the app says it has been.
