Awful app for an awful company with terrible service. Would you like to jump through thirty five flaming hoops to accomplish one simple task? Then this is the app for you! As an added feature, you get a fully useless AI! And if you don’t like that, you can jump through twenty more hoops for an actual person who is just as useless.

I find this so helpful, the only issue is that I don’t know too much of what I should do that’s best for me, so in that aspect there’s no help there, but the app itself in not bad and it’s easy to navigate.

It never takes my sign credentials nor my bio id so I have to change my password every time I sign in.

I can’t contact anyone from this app. It’s frustrating and a big inconvenience when trying to download your files to adobe to update your paperwork to the app.

The app and website are horrible . You can’t even see a total that has been contributed since inception to get a true rate of return since inception .

V3.7 tries to force paperless
I just updated the app and now I no longer can use the app as it tries to force and not allow me to go past the auto defaulted on “go fully paperless” option. If you want to go paperless then the update might be fine. If you don’t, then the update locks you out from moving past the screen without agreeing to it.

App is bad and forces you to opt out of paper records.
Half the time the app doesn’t work or won’t open. It is giving me a go paperless page that it wants me to agree to. It won’t let me exit out of the page or opt out. I don’t want to go paperless but the designers of the app have made it impossible to not chose this option. It’s a purposeful trick on the app developed to swindle the users. I don’t appreciate this and am considering switching my retirement funds to a different company and different app. Please reach out for solutions.
