Great house for multiple families and kids
We had three families with 9 kids in total, and we all felt like we had our own space. (One family downstairs, one in the two bedrooms next door to each other on the main level, buncha kids in the upstairs loft, and our family in the master bedroom) We brought an air mattress, and my 4 year old son happily slept on the floor of the big walk-in closet in the master suite, so that felt like a little bonus bedroom even. Each family had their own designated bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook multiple meals, and there was a high chair, pack and play, and a big farm play set with lots of animals. All the porches were lovely, and the kids loved chasing fireflies in the backyard. The host was also very communicative and accommodating. We were there for 3 nights and decided to do the Mammoth Caves historical tour and a nice little community water park 20 min away in Leitchfield for the kids. We never actually saw the lake which felt a little sad since I’m used to lake houses being right on the water, but that doesn’t seem as common in these parts as in other places we’ve stayed. There was a swimming beach and marina less than 10 min away I think. We just never got there. All in all though, it was a great place for our multi-family reunion.

Perfect unit for vacation with Mom

Charged for not staying
Booked a cabin in the poconos. Link for me to make payment wouldn’t work, so canceled the stay. Somehow, they could make the payment work then. Will never use Vrbo again

Can not reach anyone before booking for questions. Not all questions addressed by help button. Poor set up

Vrbo doesn’t back their customers! Had a terrible experience at a rental and Vrbo won’t refund any of the money

I really enjoy booking my vacations with VRBO. I have made reservations several times. The app is easy to work with usually. I had just one hiccup when I tried to find the cancellation policy for a booking. The AI kept referring me to the booking to find the policy but there was no cancellation policy available in the booking. I am sure it showed up as free cancellation until some date in the future when I booked it but the information was nowhere to be found when I tried to find it after booking. That was my one and only issue. Otherwise I love the platform!

The Outpost was just perfect for our family vacay! The kitchen was very well supplied and the bedrooms had plenty of beds for our crew!

Great stay
Large space perfect for our stay during a tournament and close enough to the Orange County convention center for easily commuting. Very responsive host.
Rye Beach Stay
We wanted a great location with good air conditioning and a feeling like being home. What a great stay we had; we are not the perfect traveling pair, we come with dogs, yes plural. We needed a great place, but one that would accept all of us. This could not have been a better match. Place is to a “T” as described. I grew up locally and the location is the absolute best. 3 parking spots so family could visit, one garaged, which was great. You can walk literally across the street no more than 4-6 minutes and not be at the best beach in NH but actually a spot on the beach literally, in 7 minutes you can walk and have all your chairs laid out and blankets and set for the day, It literally is the best location ever. Its not a cottage it is a half a house but with all the stuff you need including a great deck with grill. a cute porch and great big round table in the kitchen that my whole family sat around and cute living room and two bedrooms, super clean and the A/C pumped cold and it was as hot as 97 the 10 days we stayed.
The Hosts were amazing, very nice, very patient just great people. They are a young couple with two great kids and could not have been nicer and more accommodating. It was a perfect stay for us. If you’re going up for beach time location wise, proximity to great seafood and casual perfect spot, this is it. If you are hesitant about VRBO these hosts have everything there including beach chairs, the place is just as it shows online only better. We appreciated our stay.

Good luck getting help
The chatbot kept telling me I had no booking, when I did, this it sent me into the seventh circle of hell chat where it never allowed any answers or the ability to speak to a human. Frustrating.

Share links do not work
When you share a wishlist link with someone and text it to them. It will say open on app then just go to the regular Home Screen in Vrbo. The person you are trying to share with will have to open that link on a computer. I don’t know how they didn’t see this bug

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was amazing—beautiful, incredibly spacious, and perfect for our group. The location couldn’t have been better, making it so convenient to enjoy everything Keystone has to offer.

Lovely Gatlinburg Home
What a beautiful property for a large group. We arrived with 16 family members from 72-8 months of age. There were sooo many activities for all ages. The pool and hot tub were lovely. The kids LOVED the pac-man table, pool table, the many sitting areas, and the games in the upstairs hall. The home is clean, roomy, and nicely decorated. Everyone has a wonderful time.
