Bring back call to order
Can’t call to order anymore to pay in store. Does not give you option in app. Waste of time too complicated
Ordering
The app is terrible and you cannot custom order sandwiches or remove cheese for people who have an allergy. I wanted to call and place a to go order but they no longer accept phone orders. Sorry for Waffle House but they will not get my money!

So ya neither the online app or their website can process payments, just wasted like 10 minutes trying.

This app is useless what’s the point if it doesn’t let you modify nor have certain items present so if that’s the case they might as well do away with the whole concept
Can’t call or pay in cash
All I want was Sonny’s side of eggs and you can’t get that with the app you don’t get to choose what type of eggs you get they don’t get to choose how much your steak is cooked how pink your burger is you don’t get to choose anything, it’s however, they say that they prepare it that’s how you gotta get it and you cannot call and ask them to do anything you might as well just go there this app is terrible. Oh, and also you can’t pay in cash whenever you get there you have to pay that right now and then go there and try to complain saying that I want it sunny side up

App needs work
It doesn’t allow for. A dark waffle, added butter to grits, condiments OR the open to pay cash or pay the tip when you see if the order was prepared correctly. Used once and more than likely done.

Update your app
Can’t substitute nothing, everything not on the menu and can’t even explain how you want certain things cooked. Haven’t been updated in over a year . Pointless of an app!!!!
The app
Patty melts are 6.75 in restaurant but 9.75 to order on the app. If you reading I’d just go in and order, pay for your food then ask for a Togo plate. Because the charge you order to go in the restaurant
Can’t even
I can’t even order what I order regularly. Usually a waffle with pecans & peanut butter, but can’t even do that, but I’m forced to order strictly through an app? f.u. waffle house. Honestly.
Frequently cannot accept cards
I’ve had many experiences now where it glitches when it’s time to pay and refuses to accept payment or rejects it (when my card is fine). So I have to physically walk in to order and pay since they no longer accept orders over the phone ever since this terrible “app.”
Lacks Customization
A drop down menu to request how you desire your bacon to be cooked, I like mine crispy, what kind of jelly you want (or none at all), if you want extra butter for toast or grits, (things you’d tell your waitress) need to be added. You took the phones out of the restaurant, so you MUST improve the app.

Trash App
It will NOT let you check out saying that a phone number is already associated with another account, even though you’re already logged in
Can’t place orders
Says my phone number is in use by an apple no-reply account. There is no way to change or add my number. And there is no way to check out as guest
Can’t customize food
App needs lots of work. Can’t removed items like lettuce, pickles, etc. Can’t add chocolate chips to the PB waffle. Can only add hashbrowns to 1 burger. Can’t request eggs a certain way for the egg sandwich. Etc.
Most of the menu is missing!
The only thing I ever order from here is a bacon and cheese omelet, and nowhere on the app or website is an option to order an omelet at all!

Why did they make this their only way to order not in store?! Can’t call it’s all automated saying to use the app, can’t order over the phone IF they do answer. and the app IS TRASH. PURE TRASH.

Non Cash Option
It would be convenient to have a pay cash option. I use a lot of cash and don’t always like to use my card online. Plus I like to tip the staff with cash so that they can get their money immediately.
