Lacks Customization
A drop down menu to request how you desire your bacon to be cooked, I like mine crispy, what kind of jelly you want (or none at all), if you want extra butter for toast or grits, (things you’d tell your waitress) need to be added. You took the phones out of the restaurant, so you MUST improve the app.

Trash App
It will NOT let you check out saying that a phone number is already associated with another account, even though you’re already logged in
Can’t place orders
Says my phone number is in use by an apple no-reply account. There is no way to change or add my number. And there is no way to check out as guest
Can’t customize food
App needs lots of work. Can’t removed items like lettuce, pickles, etc. Can’t add chocolate chips to the PB waffle. Can only add hashbrowns to 1 burger. Can’t request eggs a certain way for the egg sandwich. Etc.
Most of the menu is missing!
The only thing I ever order from here is a bacon and cheese omelet, and nowhere on the app or website is an option to order an omelet at all!

Why did they make this their only way to order not in store?! Can’t call it’s all automated saying to use the app, can’t order over the phone IF they do answer. and the app IS TRASH. PURE TRASH.

Non Cash Option
It would be convenient to have a pay cash option. I use a lot of cash and don’t always like to use my card online. Plus I like to tip the staff with cash so that they can get their money immediately.
Not very “customization” friendly
When I first started using the app, I was able to add extra eggs for an additional cost or remove ingredients from an item. Im also not able to request any condiments such as butter spread, jelly, etc…I’m not sure what happened but I haven’t been able to do that for a while now and it is very inconvenient since a lot of times, I am ordering for someone with dietary restrictions. I shouldn’t have to go in person just to make these requests when I didn’t have to before. Other than that, I have no issues with the app.

No Chicken Sausage
There is chicken sausage on the menu but I can’t substitute regular sausage for chicken sausage when it’s a part of the order. For example the sausage egg and cheese hash brown bowl. I order this with chicken sausage when I dine in all the time but there is no option to order ahead.
Barebones app with no features
There are barely any options for modifying food items, some items are just not on the online menu, and I couldn’t see my order status or even know if it was confirmed at all once I had paid.

Our local Waffle House opened all three shifts recently, we are sooo glad to have them in our small town!! Shagayla, Kaylyn and Jayden killed it tonight!!
Everything wrong
Ordered an all-star breakfast with bacon. The waffle to have chocolate chips. A separate two waffles with chocolate chips and a side of sausage. Went to pick up my order. Got home. I didn’t have my sausage. Didn’t have my bacon. Didn’t have chocolate chips on one of the waffles. So none of the meats and what I paid extra for I did t receive. Highly disappointed. That’s a lot of money to be spent to not receive what I should have. Won’t be using this app again. Sorry.

Randomly doesn’t work
Sometimes when I’m trying to load the app it simple doesn’t load and it’ll be a white screen and I have to delete it and redownload the app…

Today May 18th my meal and sandwich was A1 perfect! Everything cook to my specifications. Delivery was amazing, actually within 20 minutes from my purchase! I look forward to my next delivery!
Takes my Money but not my Order
Place an order, order fails to go through, card charged. Every time I give it another chance the same thing happens. Also you can’t use a gift card unless it covers your entire order. Got a $25 gift card I can’t use unless I order in person or tell my wife she’s not allowed to have anything I guess.
