Great devices, terrible app
Good quality device monitors & RV mini cameras.
Baffled why they made the cameras white, when the monitor is black, & RV interiors are rarely white.
App rarely connects.
Subscriptions are much more expensive than for any of my other cameras.
RV camera adhesive does not hold in the temperatures an RV gets between trips. On the up side, the cameras will survive the fall.
Have had 2 solar panels so far that only drained my fully charged cameras.
Replacement adhesive, solar panels, etc are rarely in stock when needed.

Settings
Maybe I’m blind, but I cannot find the settings gear icon in the app to change my humidity notification settings. It’s not under profile, or account and there are no 3 dots on the bottom right like google says there might be. I’ve done everything the chat told me to do and have their version updated one week ago…. I like the app, but this piece is a bit annoying.

Terrible Customer Service
I wasn’t happy with the products so I returned my items and contacted customer support to cancel the subscription because I couldn’t find anywhere in the app to cancel. I was told there was a place in the app to cancel, but it wasn’t showing on my app or account. Customer service said they contracted billing to cancel and said everything was set. This was in June. But now I just got charged and a notification that my account was Active! Why isn’t there a cancel subscription in the app? Why is customer service NOT cancelling my subscription?!

Scam
We bought all the equipment, the subscription over $600, nothing works. The app just spins, can add any devices. we are very tech savvy this is garbage with zero customer support.
Would be great to have a widget
It would be nice to have a Lock Screen widget for iPhone
