Scam
We bought all the equipment, the subscription over $600, nothing works. The app just spins, can add any devices. we are very tech savvy this is garbage with zero customer support.
Would be great to have a widget

Updates before info provided
Apparently you need to check for updates every.time. you use it because it won't let you use it/get info until you update app.
Note to app people RVrs aren't always in a convenient location to update - we should be able to choose when to up date app. REALLY ANNOYING. Basically makes the app unreliable and useless.

Don't get duped
This is a very poorly functioning product. Completely unreliable and finicky. When you're entrusting your pet's life to something, it needs to work. I'm a veterinarian and I DO NOT recommend Waggle.
Advertising before temps?!
Update: I’ve been using the Waggle a couple years now and my opinion has improved. It’s still an extraordinarily complex registration/payment system. Changing to a new monitor (that I finally bought after endless advertising) led to me paying for both for a long time until they could get it sorted out. I got the new camera and that works OK, slow to load and multiple steps to actually see the feed, but it’s a reliable second backup for my Nest cam trained on a thermostat.
Now the newest issue, forced updates. No other apps force me to update NOW or not use them. Particularly security apps! My Nest cameras are off WiFi, I’m worried the power is off and my pets are cooking, I’m on the highway trying to get home, and I have to update the app to see the temperature?! Do better Waggle.
Thanks for the update Waggle. Now I get your advertising that can’t be closed without exiting the app BEFORE it will show me the temperature. So if I’m busy, or driving, or wake up in the middle of the night when I’m away from my RV…I have to mess with your stupid advertising before I can see if my pets are all right. This system/app was only marginally good before, now it’s a waste of my time.

The ads suck
Don’t get me wrong, it’s a good app. But blocking access to core functionality with ads is such an awful experience.
Crystal clear
Real time notifications for movement and crystal clear picture. I’d recommend to all other pet owners.
Customer service unreliable
I’ve had my Waggle product for years and the customer service used to be excellent. A few months ago I had an issue I thought was handled when I was renewing. Turns out they charged me for something I didn’t authorize.
I no longer trust their customer service so I cancelled my service. This is such a shame since I had liked the product.

Pet monitor and Camera
The products are well designed and give you a nice reading of the temperature inside of a K9 kennel or RV trailer and the cameras have great crystal clear 2k streaming vision and audio
No update sucks
This new update has trashed this app. Stay away. All the app does now is try and get you to upgrade and pay more money.
Recording
I’ve had these cameras for almost a month and I’m totally disappointed. One of them stopped working recording I’ve contacted tech-support and no help whatsoever when it comes to renewing this program. It’s not going to happen. Totally disappointed with this product and service.
New App Issue Resolved
The new app would not work until I deleted and reinstalled the app. Now it works great. I depend on Waggle to notify me of the weather in my RV while I’m out. It puts my mind at ease.
Over priced
For the amount paid for camera and then a high amount to activate
Expensive Annoyance
Battery lasts less than 24 hours, multiple alerts within 1 minute for the same thing and generally has an error message on it 90% of the time. I would not recommend purchasing.
Frustrated
My first Waggle was great. It lasted for 3 years. The last two only worked for a couple of months. Technical support is nonexistent. I recommend looking for another monitor before being roped into this one.

Whatever cell provider they use is garbage and rarely will you have signal. Oh and what’s really sick is when they changed their payment plans without telling anyone! Thanks for the $200 non-refundable charge !
Bleh
I saw this recommended on YouTube. The sales people are quite pushy, they literally started sending me double emails once I asked them to tone it down. The device will randomly disconnect and my app occasionally forgets that it was paired with the unit. I was hoping for peace of mind but it has giving me a headache worrying about my dog.

Expensive garbage
Had this for two years and it’s nothing but issues. Currently, the monitor says 75° and the app says 86°. Every time I take this on a trip, I have to uninstall the app and hard reset the monitor and pray it calibrates. I can’t trust it. I’ll be tossing it and getting a Necto.
Once was good
Now it is awful! Logs me out I have to go through hoops to reinstall…I am done canceling my subscription
